Quoted me 735 to ship my car. Day of pick up tried to raise it to 1950.00!!!! I, of course said no and then they would not return my two hundred dollars deposit, Crooks, fraud! Beware of this company. Initial quote is anal extraction then bait and switch!
They helped me find a driver within good time to transport my vehicle from CA to CO within my reasonable budget price. They even provided customer service during the weekend when I wanted to check route updates. I recommend.

If there was zero stars, id give them. I broke down 200 miles from home. I was sitting and searching for tow trucks and long distance tows when i recieved my second call from my inquiries and was told he was with GroupOn Freight but the bank states its Prime Car Ship LLC so ai dont even know at this point. Regardless, not only did he bait and switch me for 3x the original quoted "guaranteed" price, they also never brought my car. It was supposed to be same day tow and at almost 10pm, still no car. So I reached out, was called immediately to be told the driver was "tired" and went home to sleep. After I questioned how ridiculous that was, he raised his voice at me and we disconnected. Believe it or not, the car showed up the next morning. I was thrilled to be done with these guys then about 2 or 3 hrs after drop off I was called by the same gentleman claiming to be with GroupOn, working with Prime somehow asking me for $100 dollars for him and his family, then $50 when i said no. I filed a complaint on both sites and wouldn't ya know, the guy called me 4x immediately after. Then entire thing is shady, unprofessional and wildly stressful and it was already a really rough, stressful day. AVOID.AVOID.AVOID. Even if its just for your peace of mind. Ive already spent the morning on with the bank trying to protect myself and my partners money. Just give the business to someone local and if it needs to be shipped or its larger than local, do your research before you choose!
Today I had the pleasure of working with this company as a delivery service as a EMSA TRANSPORT LLC partner, of a 2025 Toyota 4Runner. From Houston TX to New Braunfels TX. And I must has to testify that the Brocker who assigned me the load, Mr. Mick Miller. He has provide a excellent communication, detail and cargo services in record time, so with his help and dedication I managed to be on time for all my pick up and delivery today 04/22/2026, so I was able to get to my house on time and safe to be with my family, so I highly recommend this person and this company, and with which with great pleasure I would make future smile deliveries to satisfied customers, thank you very much for the opportunity and Confidence.
If I could leave a minus star I would! DO NOT USE! Undoubtedly the WORST company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE! Not only did they not pick up my car on appointed date they lied to me for a week. When I finally spoke to the “manager” Simon, he admitted to lying about the driver picking up my car. DO NOT USE!!!! Fortunately I was able to get my deposit refunded. DO NOT USE!
