Prime Carship LLC has a deeply polarized customer base with excellent service from specific staff members offset by systematic bait-and-switch pricing practices and broken commitments that have generated significant fraud complaints.

Great service and reliable. Thanks Serah.
Second time I used Jennifer at Prime. Found a qualified driver within 24-hours at the price that I was willing to pay during Easter weekend. I went to some other transportation companies that I’ve used in the past, and even U-ship. My price target came back doubled for a straight 322 mile delivery. Jennifer got the driver who did a great job and was very careful with my new classic vehicle. No complaints whatsoever. Frank P
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! They will bait you in with a good price, take a deposit from you, and then give you tons of reasons as to why the price will now be completely different (in my case they raised the price from $1700 to $5500!!!). Everyday it was a different reason and delay. Then wouldn't give me my deposit back when I went to cancel. Total Crooks!!!
Prime carship you are the best ⭐️🌟
Ryan Foster had great communication and great information that led to no surprises and the job went perfectly.
Thank you Prime Carship and Brian Steven! Carry on hard work 🫶🏻
Prime Carship LLC is the worst shipping company you can choose. they need to be banned from operating as a company. they are liars. they never stick with what they say. pick up dates, quotes, and e.t.c. they have no sense of professionalism. no customer service regards. i reapeat, they are the worst shipping company anyone can choose.
Marina was very professional and helpful. Looking forward to work together again.
This was the 2nd time I used theor services. The price is very reasonable and the service was fast and professional. Zara was very helpful, polite anda very prompt. A joy to work with.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RESERVE WITH THIS COMPANY! We reserved because we were told specifically it would be picked up Monday April 13th. We paid for expedited shipping to get here Monday April 20th. He said they will pick it up the 13th and would let me know what time. The next day - we were told it would get picked up and he kept pushing it an hour each time. Now we’re at almost 6pm and they are now pushing it to Friday when we need it on Monday and that’s what we signed the contract for. We want to go with another company because they’re not holding up their end of the contact. You cannot tell someone one thing is definitive, have them sign a contract and then go do whatever you want. We’ve been on the phone with customer service and he is incredibly rude, fighting with my husband and refusing any type of resolution. Seriously. This has been absolute hell. Do not book with them. Save your time AND your money!
I would absolutely discourage anybody And everybody who is considering the quote from prime carship They lure you in with a really low quote and then charge almost triple. My quote was $345 to ship from oregon to southern california. The in price I have to pay to get the car delivered is $900 My shipment date was to pick up the car on Thursday the ninth of april and on the very day that the car was supposed to go out, I learned that they didn't have a tow truck available at all. So I have to be willing to be flexible. They took my hundred dollar deposit, and if I go and try to find another tow truck company they're gonna charge me extra money for breaking contract. Friday morning arrived, was told truck would be there at 11am. 30 minutes prior James tells me that the price has increased. To $895. Unbelievable! I had to spend extra money and gas for an extra night hotel, stay Thursday night and now an extra 500 something dollars to get my car hauled home or It can cancel and pay a cancelation fee to prime car ship and still have to find someone to haul my car home, it's sitting in a public parking lot, I have no one app there to help me and had I thought of it, I probably should have just flown up there and rented a U-Haul truck with a trailer and hauled it home myself. I thought I had a good deal with prime car ship. But last minute, James Nick and Jack, all decided to harass me and abuse. My customer rights, I mean, I was held to a contract to only use their services. They should have been held to the same contract to show up on the same day. They had a whole week to schedule a tow truck driver. So it's not like they were doing it in the last hour at a whole week. To confirm someone for the price, they offered to meet. Or maybe they should have checked for tow tuck drivers in the area before they gave me a price. When the driver finally arrived, he shared with me that that's how these people operate they offer you a low rate, they lure you in with that make you sign a contract, leave a deposit that way you can't back out cause if you do back out when they overcharge you at the end. Then they're gonna give you a late fee of whatever fee they think, is best. The people at prime car ship are not operating in good business etiquette. They should probably be investigated. I believe that they are operating under fraudulent shady. Pretenses, I don't understand how they make their money cause I only gave them a $100 deposit and I'm paying the rest in cash to the dew dropping off my car. So all the prime car ship gets out of me is the deposit of a $100. And I changed my credit card number. I reported it lost so they won't be able to charge my card for anything else. And I've already contacted my bank to let them know if any charges come through from them, it'll be a fraudulent charge, not authorized, so no one should book prime car ship for their shipping of any cars, not one person
My son is deployed, they were supposed to pick his truck up today, I get a call saying we owe him 1600.00 dollars more than he was supposed to pay..I’m 17 hours away my already gone , now his truck stuck!!!
Trust the negative reviews you see posted here. The 5 star reviews can be written by anybody....friends, family, even themselves. Avoid this company - find someone else.
Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute scammers. Told them it had to be picked up by a certain time and date asking if that’s possible. Of course they said yes and lo and behold over a week later and still no driver. They told me they can pick it up the next day and all of a sudden there’s delays. I was a truck driver and just sent a car from California to Florida and some how that was picked up within 2 days and delivered within 5 days. Pay more and find a better company. They’re terrible middlemen!
Dealing with these guys was the most stressful part of my cross-country move. Jordan called two days before my vehicle was to be picked up, claiming they were having difficulty finding a driver for the contract that we had signed a month prior. He was priming me to for the next day's call. Again, he said they were having a tough time finding a driver for "that price" and because of Trump, they could only hire drivers that were in the country legally... those drivers demanded a higher price. Bottom line, the end price he quoted me was 3 times my original quote. Typical bait and switch. I didn't feel comfortable having them transport my vehicle, due to their shady business practices. I ended up paying more and going with another company. Prime Car Ship kept my $200 deposit and charged my credit card another $200. It was an awful experience during a very stressful time.
