My overall experience with PV Gen has been excellent and I'm happy to recommend the standard of the work and friendliness and efficiency of the workers who were on site. Both teams worked in tandem and were neat and tidy in all aspects of their work. John Heavey linked in with us on all aspects of the process and was always on hand to answer questions as they arose. The team arrived early on the installation day, explained the plan of action, found the best location for the convertor and the best way to hide wiring which involved a bit extra work but their goal was to achieve the best outcome for us, the client. The journey has been smooth throughout. All of the sales / installation teams / after sales support that we have dealt with, have been professional and helpful. In particular the engineers/ electricians/ roofers (Aidan, Ben etc) were fantastic- tidy / polite / hardworking. Plus a great app at the end to monitor progress!

I purchased a Solar system from PVGen in Jan 2023. Since then, their customer service has been fantastic. They helped me get in touch with MyEnergi about a problem I was having and even reached out to them on my behalf. I'm happy to recommended them to my friends, the refferal bonus is a nice extra! I recently decided to add batteries to my system. The cost wasn’t the cheapest, but it was competitive. The rest of the process was excellent. I was especially impressed with the installation team. They did a great job, working very neatly and tidily and were very knowledgeable about the product. They took their time to walk me through all the configuration options.

Anyone that knows me would know that I have high standards when it come to any work I undertake. I strive for excellent finishes in all jobs undertaken on the farm. This has evolved over the years on the farm mainly because of our dependency on tourism. In Tourism someone told me many years ago that "You get one chance to make a first impression". The whole installation team of PV Generation delivered on this to meet my high standards that I expect, but sadly nowadays you don't get from most trades men. All your staff were so mannerly and polite and it was a pleasure having them on my farm and in my personal home. I understand that there were some unforeseen problems and this caused the installation to take a little longer than planned. What mattered to me is that I was kept in the loop in relation to these problems. I was most impressed with the finish level on the installation with great attention been given to concealing unsightly wires wherever possible. As the project was finished I also noticed that every bit of packaging, plastic, and general waste was removed from site, I am so impressed with this policy as I have never come across this with any other trades. One of the first point of contacts I had with your company was Dillon, I was always confident with what he was proposing, he was always contactable if I had a query and I always felt valued as a customer. When the installation was complete I was impressed with the fact that Karl sat down at the kitchen table with myself and my wife talked us through downloading the app on our phones and then proceeded to show us how to use the app. Last thing before Karl was finished he asked us if we had any questions, I was very impressed by this. Overall I was very happy with PV Generation and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a visit from John within 2 days of sending an enquiry , he explained everything very well and did not try and oversell. Matthew in head office was very helpful with any questions i had and getting a date in diary , the fitting and installation teams were top class and so professional.Big call out to Brendan , Declan and Paul ( fitters) and Alan and Connor ( Installation ) Overall an excellent experience. From my very first phone call with a lovely girl in Monaghan, right through to the consultation at my home with a gentleman I believe was named Jamie, my experience with PVGen was excellent. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know much about solar at all starting off. I had previously dealt with another company, and they seemed visibly annoyed by the number of questions I had, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. That’s why the difference with PVGen really stood out. From the beginning, they were patient, understanding, and took the time to explain everything clearly. No question felt like a burden. What really meant a lot to me was that they even took the time to speak with my son over the phone, just to make sure we were all comfortable and confident that I was getting the right system and the best value. They tailored a package that genuinely suited my needs and my budget, without any pressure. I felt listened to and well looked after throughout the whole process. ⁹We could not be any happier with the workmanship of this great team, from start to finish it was a great experience, we had some great craic with the lads from Cork, Denis Ryan & Arron were the most hardworking lads, electricians were brilliant, could not recommend this company enough, now someone did break a roof tile ! won't name Dennis as true to his word came back the next morning to fix it 😂😂 won't mention Ryan who broke the bin but fixed it, the electrician who broke my sweeping brush did me a big favor, was crying out to be replaced 😂😂 had a fabulous time with all the lads, great craic & a fabulous job so very well done, thanks guys, ye were brilliant , Kevin & Lilian Drummey, Dungarvan 🥰🥰
Customer service, staff , service, absolutely fantastic. In and out in 1 day and fixed 1 or 2 electrical safety issues that we didnt even know we had.. No question too big or too small.
Very professional outfit from start to finish. From Wayne on day 1, to Alanna in the office, to visiting site engineer and installation crew, all were very helpful, courteous and efficient. Time lines given were always met and I felt, and feel, comfortable that should any issues arise, they would be promptly and properly addressed. Had been in two minds for some time about going solar, but I'm very happy to have done so now thanks in no small part to the professional and customer-centred service provided by the PVGen team. Am actively recommending them to family and friends.
PV Generation dealt with our enquiry very quickly and I found the whole process very straightforward. We arranged a site visit and went ahead with the installation, this all happened within a couple of months.
