I bought a set of valves for a renovation project. Was pleased get a bulk discount, even though it was only a handful. All arrived promptly, with timely updates. Got fitted, so far so good!
Great product and a great service. Ordered radiator valves it charged me £10 for delivery. I live rurally and find it difficult to get some deliveries. I got a further email asking for another £7 for delivery, which I thought to be very reasonable. 2 days later the valves arrived. Excellent!

Ordered valves and pipe covers. The valves are finished to a very high standard, very pleased with them. Delivery was a bit late but luckily I didn't need the valves straight away.
This company has gone over and beyond. They are so good. We placed an order over the weekend by Monday we realised our mistake & rang them not only they are so quick picking up the phone. The receptionist put me through to sales team, with no hesitation they cancelled the order replaced with new order and the price difference was put in our account immediately.
