I was really excited to order the Gengar binder since it was out of stock for a while. The design is high quality. However, when it finally arrived it had a big black scratch on the back that wouldn't come out. I reached out to the Ravaver and to their credit they offered to replace it, but it was out of stock again and I'd need to wait a few more weeks to receive it. Looking forward to receiving my order but until I get this resolved, it's a 1 star for me.
