SCAM SCAM SCAM. I’ve waited over two weeks just for an expected delivery date. Which never appeared. I’ve asked multiple times what’s going on with my order just to be told it’s being sorted and they also guaranteed I’d have it for a certain date. I’ve since asked for a refund and still not received that or any confirmation that I will. I expect most of the positive reviews are fake. Don’t risk losing your money. Buy from Strive performance instead.
Scam artists! Terrible experience with this company, ordered items in early February and never recieved confirmation of them being sent. I chased them two weeks later which is when the lies began, constantly telling me they would send the items out within a day or two and were waiting for restocks . Finally received items after copious emails to the company in late March only to find that half of the order was missing (Even though there was only 2 missing items they were waiting for?!) I never received the rest of the items and after many more emails I requested the rest of the order was refunded. Confirmation that this would take place was given to me on 26/03. To this point I have still yet to receive any refund and only been provided with more lies and excuses. From lack of communication from the outset, empty promises and no refund. Steer clear!!
Came across their running brand and it was really cool, I like it a lot I thought it was fire. I went ahead and ordered 2 running shorts, a running long sleeve shirt and a running cap. What even put the cherry on top was that they threw in free express shipping from DHL. Waited a few days no word on the shipment. I emailed them to confirm everything was good they replied telling me that there was something with the airspace causing delay dhl should be scanning my package later that day. Great. Got the email from DHL after. Everything was cool I thought now I would be getting my package soon enough. Nah. 2 more weeks went by not even a small movement from dhl saying they received my package. They didn't. I emailed them again and they replied saying that there should be movement that day. Nothing so I took it to their Instagram page. Wrote some smart ass comment saying “3 weeks and I haven't received nothing “ something along those lines. They dm’d me right away asking me to give them my Order number instead of commenting on their post. Gave it to them and a few mins later they responded with one word. “Refunded” and they blocked me on Instagram lol. Terrible shipping terrible customer service. Guess they lack international shipping or something idk. Damn shame. Waste of my time and money.
Update: after asking for a refund i was immediately told that the refund was processed and to wait 3-5 days. After about 2 weeks of no refund I followed up and was assured that the refund was processed and to give Shopify time to process it. I waited another week, followed up again, and was told to check my junk folder(for a refund???) . Only after I threatened that I'll contact my credit card provider and ask for a chargeback I received an email asking me to please not do that and then next day I received an actual official confirmation of my refund being processed and the money finally landed back into my account. Just avoid if you don't want to be chasing for your order/money back and be treated like a fool. Can't comment on the quality of clothes just yet. But I'm not very happy with the customer service so far. I placed my order 1 month ago, I followed up 5 days after placing the order and was assured I'll receive a tracking number by the end of the week. I followed up afterwards and was told that I will receive the tracking number by the end of the day. This "day" was already 2 weeks ago and I reached out again asking for either an update or a refund. And I received very clearly the exact same message from a month ago, saying that I'll hear from them before the end of the week. I'd appreciate more transparency on the actual status of the order as I have been fairly patient on this one. I had high hopes for this brand, but disappointed with their service so far. I'll pursue a refund and update my review accordingly.
Material of the cloth is Polyester, quality of the cloth is bad. If you live in the USA, they do not provide free returns. To return something from USA to UK is over $100. Clothing from this brand is not worth it, do not spend your money with this company.
I waited a very long time for the delivery and was put off several times via email. It was only after I had requested a refund via PayPal that the delivery arrived, but it was incomplete. I cannot recommend them.
This company does not for-fill orders!! I ordered a mesh running vest on the website, with the item claiming to be in stock, 'Ready to ship' and delivered within 2 days. I didn't get an update for 3 days so I contacted the support email address who told me DHL had collected the item and would update once scanned at there hub - This did not happen. I asked for a tracking number and was ignored so I threatened to open a case to which they cancelled my order. Not how to operate a small business in which customer service is one of the highest priorities. I again contacted on Instagram and have been left on read after I explained what happened and believed I was a victim of fraud. The kit looks great, but do not waste your money... BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ON HERE!!!!
