I placed an order on the 7th February, for a 30th birthday gift on 15th March. It still hadn’t arrived on the 1st April. Several emails were sent and very poor replies were received- no apologies. Eventually, I had to cancel the order but they didn’t care about the poor service. Avoid!!

After waiting over two weeks without any shipping updates, I reached out to the company. They were unprofessional and vague, only saying the order was delayed but would ship soon. I waited another week and followed up again - no response, just an immediate notice that my order had been cancelled. Three weeks of waiting, and they cancelled without explanation or apology. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
Used the RAWS vest for my half marathon. Breathability, fit and aesthetics were awesome. Looking forward to the next race in it.
I stupidly ordered items from Raws+ before I read the reviews. I emailed at least three times chasing my order, after a month they created a DHL label to make it look like it was being dispatched, but it never was. When I threatened them with a credit card charegeback they didn't even respond and just refunded my order. AVOID!
