I recently used ResiVue for a house survey and honestly couldn’t fault the service. I dealt with Mike throughout the process and he was brilliant from start to finish. I was working to a very tight deadline and needed the survey completed within around three days. Mike managed to fit everything in and worked within my timeframe, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. Communication was excellent throughout. Mike kept me updated, answered all of my questions, and explained everything clearly. The report itself was really thorough but written in plain English, which made it easy to actually understand rather than feeling overwhelmed by technical jargon. What really stood out to me was the level of personal service. After the report was sent over, Mike rang me to check I was happy with everything, talked through any queries, and reassured me that he was available if I needed any further support. That level of customer care is rare nowadays. Pricing was very reasonable and comparable with other companies, but with ResiVue you get the added benefit of dealing with a smaller business where you’re treated like a person rather than just another booking number. We booked ResiView for a Homebuyers survey on a house we intend to buy in Lilliput, Poole based on a recommendation from the Estate Agent. Mike Frith conducted the survey, which was very thorough, and included a list of practical recommendations for repairs and checks which we will carry out. He communicated well with me at all stages including initial engagement, discussing pre survey concerns, providing an immediate post survey update as well as answers to follow-up questions I had from my survey report.
