Rented this from Lochgilphead co-op. It was perfectly clean and in good order. It was a bit heavy to get in and out of the car, but help was offered. Did a good job (has used general spot stain remover first) . Think your other reviewers have been unlucky, or you need to remind your franchises that they must ensure machines are returned clean or charged for cleaning.
i bought , actualyl ordered a carept clearning machine because I have 3 cats at home, and thier fur is all around the house, and it is hard to get it from caprptes... but the machine i bought does the job well, almost all fur is sucked in, however it is a bit noisy and tend to get overheated if powered on for long time, but aint a big issue actually
