My experience with this company is exactly the same as all the other reviews. Wish I'd never ordered from them. Clothes were of the cheapest material and shapeless. Its a company in China posing as a UK business. I've asked for a refund but will only get a percentage as the alternative is to pay for postage to China. Just hope people read these reviews before ordering and being sorely disappointed and out of pocket!!
No no no ! I wish I had read these reviews too. I’ve been done ! Poor fabric - so big that it looks like a sack on me. Seams have not been finished off properly. Horrible nylon stretchy fabric. Returns are practically impossible. You have to fork out more money Stay away from this company !
Denim dungarees not denim. They are insisting I return them to China at my expense. Am about to report them to Trading Standards Anyone got a UK address for them so I can return garment and sue them??
As others have said, I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered from this 'company'. I could tell before I'd taken the dungarees out of the plastic bag that the material was awful - and it is. It also bears no resemblance to the photos online. They pose as a wholesome UK family company with quality products and are anything but. I messaged them today requesting a refund and have been offered a 'new and improved" pair of dungarees instead of a refund. I have declined this. After reading about the experiences of other 'victims' attempting to get a refund I'm not holding my breath!
If I could give a zero I would. This is a scam company. Do not use them. You will lose money and receive cheap, polyester clothing plus will probably lose your personal data as they sell it on to data criminals. Learn from my mistake.
Totally scammed that’s a learning curve do not trust this lot. Fabrics crap the print is awful. To return to CHINA you have to pay the postage , could get caught with a customs charge. They should be ashamed of themselves making you think you’re buying from a UK business .
If I could give no stars at all I would. The product I ordered is nothing like advertised, appalling quality. They won't accept a return, total scam. Company looks lovely online but dreadful quality garment from China. Don't fall for it like I did!
I wished I had seen reviews before ordering but the site looks like a genuine UK site - IT IS NOT. It is Chinese based the web-site is totally misleading. Ordered dungarees and these were awful - supposed to have linen/cotton blend - 100! Polyester and shapeless. As others have said, took 4 emails to get an address for returns - at own expense - even though the item is not as advertised. Offered 15% off to keep, and then 20% but these are RUBBISH. Just received my order after a long delay - they are absolutely awful .I thought i was ordering from a shop as the Web site depicts a shop front - however I have an email from them stating they only operate on line. Everything comes direct from China- not a whiff of linen in the fabric,and the cheapest of spandex available. Shape is non-existent and I cant even roll the hem up to make them shorter due to the fabric . Complete scam ,the company needs some investigation.
