Was asked to verify purchase over and over and over and over in an endless loop. This went on for 6 days straight. I findally decided to get a refund. The refund happened faster than it took them to verify the order. The refund only took about 35 minutes. Wow this is the worst of the worst! Don't waste your time and get suckered into the low prices. They will not come through with your order!

Very disappointed with my experience with SHEIN. I ordered four bottles of a product and only received one bottle in the package. When I contacted customer service, instead of resolving the issue, they kept asking me to return items that I never even received. How am I supposed to return three bottles that were missing from the shipment? The most frustrating part was feeling like my claim was being dismissed instead of properly investigated. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is about making it right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. They rejected my claim and basically implied that I was being dishonest. Because of how this was handled, I’ve lost trust in ordering from SHEIN again. Buyers should be aware that if there is a shipping issue, getting a fair resolution may not be easy.
I ordered a cute rug from SHEIN and waited over 5 weeks without receiving it. The tracking number they provided showed the package as “delivered” to a completely different state than the one I live in — and on a date that was somehow before I had even placed the order. When I finally contacted SHEIN, they refused to help, repeatedly claiming that more than 45 days had passed since my purchase. That simply isn’t true. I placed the order on 3/8/26 and contacted them on 4/17/26, which is well within 45 days. Even after I pointed this out multiple times, they continued insisting they could do nothing because “45 days had passed.” The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly felt dismissive and gaslighting. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering from SHEIN again.
My account was frozen without any clear reason, and the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I contacted support multiple times, but I did not receive any convincing explanation or real solution. The agents seemed unprofessional and did not understand how to properly handle the issue. Because of this poor experience, I decided to close the account from my side. I expected much better service and transparency.
I was ripped off by Shein. I returned a pair of animal-print Adidas sneakers, but they damaged the box—either during transit or at their own warehouse—specifically to ensure the product would not qualify for a refund, thereby allowing them to enforce their return policy. I am shocked; how can a company operate so dishonestly in the United States with absolutely no oversight? I am out of pocket, and they refuse to refund my money solely because of a cardboard box—a box that I did not damage. I demand justice in this case. I will not let this slide. I *will* resolve this! And I *will* get my money back! So, I advise you not to buy from the Shein Marketplace. They damaged the shoe box and then refused to issue a refund, claiming it was my fault. This is obviously a lie, as I have photos proving otherwise. The name of the marketplace store on Shein is: MAD GOODS. Be careful—don't buy from them!
I had a terrible experience. At a family members recommendation I orders inexpensive items to try, based on my size and reviews. Prices were good, quality was not, fits were way off, and the customer service was terrible. I retuned the items and then they mailed me back one. When I asked for the label to return it went around in circles with three different people and no one of knowledge. Sadly if you want cheap clothing and not quality then this is it. Do not expect to get to speak with anyone for Customer Service it is impossible and all chat generated. It is unfortunate because their items are cute.WOULD RECOMMEND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION
Would mark as zero stars if I could they refused to refund me on items that they sent out which were missing the protection strips. Out of 7 bikinis i ordered and returned after only trying on the bra part of 4 not one of the bottoms had a strip even though they were not removed from the packaging. There customer service is awful not very helpful and will not resolve any issues. I have also recieved items that I have not opened and just returned for them to say I have sent back wrong items and refuse a refund. This has happened on to many occasions now definitely wont use this company again
I returned a bikini and other items to Shein. When I checked my refund, it was less than it should have been. When I contacted them they said that the sticker in the bikini bottom wasn't on correctly, so they weren't refunding me. They didn't bother to tell me this, until I noticed the refund was incorrect. They just kept my money I hadn't even tried the bikini bottom on. I tried the top, and it didn't fit properly, so I didn't even take the bottom out of the bag. The sticker must have been like that when they sent it. I've told them this, but they just aren't listening. I'm really angry that they've just kept my money. Especially as they didn't even tell me there was a problem. I get that there are hygiene issues with items. If I had taken the bikini bottom out of the bag and seen that the sticker wasn't on properly, I would have fixed it before I sent it back. I'm not stupid enough to return an item that isn't as it should be. I'm a loyal Shein customer. I'm disgusted by how I've been treated.
I placed an order from SHEIN on 3rd May, with an estimated delivery date between 14th–17th May. However, my package has been stuck in transit since 8th May with the same status: “Arrived at destination airport.” After contacting customer support multiple times, they are now asking me to wait until 24th May without providing any clear update, exact location, or confirmed delivery date. I specifically ordered on 3rd May because I am traveling on 21st May and needed these items before my trip. Unfortunately, the order has become completely useless for me now. What’s most frustrating is the customer service experience. Despite repeatedly asking for proper information, I only received generic copy-paste responses that felt like I was talking to a bot rather than actual support staff. Very disappointing and unreliable service. I regret making such a large purchase from SHEIN just because the prices seemed attractive. Had I known the delivery and support would be this poor, I would have paid more and purchased from a reliable store instead. At least then I would have known my parcel would arrive on time.
I am extremely disappointed with SHEIN's support team. I ordered sports shorts (Order NO.: GSO1Y643M00Q439) because the primary image explicitly displayed a set of 5 different colors. Instead of a bundle, I received only 1 single pair. The seller uses deceptive marketing and confusing wordplay to trick customers. When I contacted customer service, the agents (Jeff, June, and Ronie) acknowledged that the listing creates wrong expectations, but completely refused to provide a compromise. They force me to waste my time and energy going to the post office for a return, just to fix their own store's mistake. They rejected any partial refund, points, or coupon compensation. They protect shady sellers instead of helping loyal customers!
Good CS but very poor delivery service and messing system. Delivery man leaves items outside (item can be stolen), their messaging system sends messages multiple times saying “item is delivered “ but there no item at the doorstep or downstairs by mailbox or outside the building. It’s stressful, mental pressure, frustrating. They should fix these problems.
Hope you will read and respond to my review It was the first time I tried to order from shein here in Qatar because I believe they have the good quality however the prices of the delivery was made times two and I am very disappointed about that I cannot believe we need to pay for the ff: Shipping fee and Cod fee ? I want a refund for this pleasee it is too much as customer i’m very disappointed
