I left Italy without an eSIM for turkey, when I arrived there I discovered I needed one and most of them couldn’t be bought and activated in turkey except for symbie. I bought four eSIM for my family the cost is ok and it works very well. I had problems installing it on the Samsung phone and the person in the chat was very patient, competent and helpful, it was late night but didn’t give up on me!!! at the end gave me a free upgrade!
the sim did not work, and when I sent a message to the customer support asking how it can be fixed their reply and I quote was “???”. I asked for a refund and never got it.
