Without his help, we would’ve been left all weekend with no hot water and barely any running water. He arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and got straight to work. Top class service from Alan Doyle and his trainee Antonio Rattigan, from SJM Plumbing and Heating. They arrived on time to carry out gas boiler full service and pressure gauge replacement. Alan explained everything in detail and with the help of Antonio who is on training as part of TY they carried out everything required to have heating up and running again with very little disruption. It's reassuring to see work carried out like this to the highest standards and to observe teamwork and training for our young people as they prepare for life after school. Alan has many years of experience in his trade and is a credit to his profession in keeping up to date with modern plumbing and heating systems and controls. Great work, five star service all around.
