Visited the new showroom to check compatibility of the Pro-ject CD box E and my Sonos Era speakers. Staff were very helpful and friendly and arranged a demonstration and made some technical suggestion that I had not considered. Very polite and helpful team.
Easy to use website and simple checkout experience. Unfortunately my order was not delivered next day as promised due to an "unexpected delay". No further info was given. Unsure if this was courier or supplier issue. But I was always kept up to date and my order arrived the day after. All good beautifully packaged etc. Would order from here again.
