I went for treatment in May, I went for all on 6 but in the end was advised that I did not need as much work, staff were absolutely brilliant, attention to detail was impeccable, from the driver picking me up to the surgeon carrying out the work, great experience overall 😁
The staff are all amazing and so friendly! They made the process feel so easy and were able to answer any questions I had. The service is really 5 star also with transfers taking you to and from the clinic, they really helped put me at ease.

I had an excellent experience with Smile Team in Antalya! Before choosing a clinic, I spent a long time researching many different companies and carefully comparing my options. After all that research, I decided on Smile Team — and it’s a decision I absolutely do not regret. From the very beginning, the whole process felt professional, thorough, and genuinely patient-focused. What really stood out to me was how detailed the treatment planning was. Initially, I was given a clear outline of the recommended work, but after my CT scan, the plan evolved to reflect exactly what treatment I truly needed. This gave me a lot of confidence that the team were prioritising the best outcome for me rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. As someone who is a very nervous dental patient, I cannot thank Ilaman enough. He was incredibly kind, reassuring, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer every single question thoroughly and clearly, which made such a difference to my anxiety levels. Nothing ever felt rushed, and I always felt listened to and supported. Ibrahim was an excellent surgeon and kept providing reassurance and checking I was ok during the treatment. His professionalism and knowledge immediately put me at ease. A really special mention to the amazing Merinas who was an incredible dentist — kind, attentive, and truly top class at what she does. We stayed in the Pure Blanche Hotel which was great for the purpose of the stay. It’s small, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores nearby too. Every evening I received a WhatsApp message confirming my pick up time for the following day and right on cue the driver arrived. He was friendly and always welcoming. The drive to the clinic is only 5 minutes which makes things easy. The professionalism, care, and attention to detail from the entire Smile Team were outstanding, and I’m looking forward to seeing them all again in 4 months for round 2 of the treatment plan.
I visited the Smile Team on the 4th May, I had had months of communication from my co ordinator who was able to provide answers to everything I asked. From arriving in Antalya to setting off home everything was so well organised. I had various treatments which I found mentally overwhelming but the team guided me through and supported me totally. I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience at Smile. From start to finish, everything was organised so smoothly, including the transport between the hotel and the clinic, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. A special thank you to our consultant, Eliah (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name), who was absolutely exceptional throughout. His kindness, professionalism, and reassurance made such a difference to us. We always felt genuinely heard, listened to, and cared for, which was incredibly important and deeply appreciated. The level of service, consultation, and treatment we received was outstanding. The procedure itself was far more comfortable than expected, with no pain during treatment. Naturally there was some discomfort afterwards, but this was well managed with the pain relief provided. We are incredibly grateful for the expertise, care, and professionalism shown by both the surgeon and dentist, and especially thankful to Elah for making the entire experience so positive and reassuring. Thank you all so much — we truly appreciate everything you’ve done, and we look forward to seeing you again in four months for round two.

My experience so far with Smile Team has been fantastic, all of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. The facilities are modern and state of the art, the pick up the airport to the hotel and then the pick up and drop off for all appointments, took away any hassles and worries - it ran like clockwork. I look forward to visiting again in October to have my permanent implants fitted - although my temporary teeth are already a vast improvement on how my own teeth looked.

I had a wonderful experience at Smile Team. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. The treatment we received was excellent, and the whole team made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. I especially want to mention Wahab, our coordinator, who was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to make our visit special. Wahab was friendly, caring, patient, and very professional. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood each step, and always checked that we were comfortable and happy. His warm attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. It is rare to meet someone who genuinely cares so much about patients, but Wahab made us feel valued and supported from start to finish. He helped create a calm and positive atmosphere, and we truly appreciated his kindness and dedication. Thank you to Wahab and the whole Smile Team for such a great experience. I would definitely recommend Smile Team to anyone looking for excellent treatment and outstanding care.
Great first trip to the smile team, great service, picked up and drop off all week for appointments, Top professional dentists and excellent treatment,language barrier not a problem at all as Max was a very good translator, he was friendly and reassuring. Looking forward to my next visit

Great communication from initial enquiry, really easy to communicate via Whatsapp. Even after I explained I was speaking to 2 other clinics, Smile Team were patient and followed up a few days later. One of the things that stood out to me was that they didn’t pressure for a deposit and even researched available flights on my chosen dates to offer extra help. Private transfers were arranged both ends with friendly drivers and complimentary water - same scenario for every clinic visit to and from the hotel. The clinic itself is spotless and staff are really friendly. The patient coordinators speak very good English, so it’s very simple to discuss your treatment plan/questions/concerns. It’s also very normal for staff to be in and out the room constantly but you’ll be faced the other way, so it’s not too intrusive. I had 16 emax laminate vaneers which meant my teeth had to be shaved but not to the extreme that some people make out (that’s crowns). I wouldn’t be able to go back to my natural teeth but honestly I wouldn’t want to after seeing my new smile, so don’t let it put you off. The treatment itself (shaving, temp teeth, rehearsal fittings & final fitting) were virtually pain free with the numbing they use. The only downside is you feel like you need a chin strap to stop yourself dribbling for about 6 hours until it wears off lol. There was no pain once worn off, just some sensitivity but you’re provided with masks and complimentary pain relief. Gum protection gel and mouthwash were added to my treatment plan at an additional cost. I was presented with the extras on my treatment plan that I wasn’t expecting such as gum contouring £100, deep clean £90, gum gels £30 each but they assured me this needed to be done in order to get the best result - one of those things I guess, so take extra cash with you. My dentist was Gulsah who was lovely and very knowledgeable, she encourages you to take your time when selecting shape & colour in order for it to be perfect. Temporary teeth tend to be very white and rather bulky - the opposite to the real deal so again, don’t let that put you off as it’s only for 2-3 days whilst the real ones are being made in the lab. I do have one negative but it’s not regarding the clinic itself, it’s the hotel we were allocated. The hotel was called Nun which is very basic with a tiny pool and 3 sun loungers in the shade. Closest beach to sunbathe is 1hr walk or 20 min taxi. Bar staff friendly but reception were rude! The buffet was absolutely awful, so we ate out every morning/night at approx £8.50-£30 per meal depending on food choice. The only semi edible food at the hotel was from an early evening menu which offered 1 pasta and couple of frozen pizzas - I know they were frozen because I asked for no mushroom and they couldn’t change it. Either way pretty challenging when you have a numb mouth or shaved down teeth. It just becomes very expensive when the “all inclusive” food is virtually inedible. It would make so much more sense to be offered a food voucher or partial discount towards meals at a designated nearby restaurant, so you’re not spending an extra £250-300 on top of the thousands you’re already spending. Think I’ve covered everything but overall, a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smile Team to others! Edit: forgot to mention, they offer you a +1 to come with you and they will need to pay for their return flight and £10 per night at the hotel. Thankyou Alexandra
From first message to my last check up the experience was amazing, so professional and supportive. My whole experience I felt so safe and secure. Always there to help when I needed answers. Even once I’ve come back home the amazing team still check to make sure I am ok. My teeth are perfect, everyone I have seen can’t believe how good my teeth look, with such a professional finish.
