My experience started with contacting smile team in the summer of 25 and right away they made me feel at ease with the questions I was asking them, they were able to give me a quick quote on what sort of things would be needed to get new crowns they helped me pick a date which was suitable and convenient for me and informed me that I would require 2 visits which I was happy enough with the team helped me pick out flights which was great. I flew over in September last year and was greeted at the airport by a nice lady who transfered me in a lovely van to my hotel which was nice and clean I stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the hotel and how close it was to all the shops. Each day I was informed of all my appointments and the time I would be picked up at on the first day I was greeted by the lovely max and I got xrays etc and got told a dental plan which didn't change throughout the whole course of the treatment on the first visit I ended up getting a few teeth extracted and deep cleaned by a lovely dentist which I forgot the name of I then went home for a period of 4 6 months to let my gums heal. I flew out again April 26 and again was greeted by the same lovely welcome this time I was met by the lovely Wahab who guided me through everything and made me feel at ease I got my teeth shaved down and 24 zirconium crowns put in over the course of 6 days by my lovely dentist Esin with top quality work i choose the colour 1m1 and natural style and I didn't even have to change much to what the team recommended all the technology used was top notch and everything is explained to you in English, I also had very very minimal pain throughout my whole treatment The clinic is so clean and not over the top like some of the dentists in turkey also everytime I walked into the clinic I was greeted by the lovely lady's at reception and called for my appointment within 10 mins. There is no faults at all I would recommend this dentist over and over again as they have really done exceptional work and are changing life's they didn't try to upsell anything and done everything to keep the original price unlike some of the stories of dentists in turkey The team also supplied me with any medicine or any mouthwash which I needed I will be back again for another holiday in turkey and will call in for a check up and clean. I rarely write reviews unless I am astounded by the service I was provided and the service I have received from Smile Team has to be the best I've experienced. Max made me feel comfortable the second I walked in the door. From the first initial enquiry via WhatsApp to the day I left to fly back to England every thing has just been so easy and relaxing. I was very nervous at first but after speaking to anyone who's had the same service and seeing the staff at Smile Team I instantly felt as ease. The receptionists, dentists and everyone who I met are really good at what they do. Max stood out to me as he was dealing with my treatment mainly, his English is exceptional and everything was so straightforward.
