I paused my subscription and was still charged and send the products, the customer service refused to send me a return postage slip and insisted I pay for returning the package. To date I still did not get a refund - Absolute tone deaf brand experience.
Refunds doesn't exist as it's claimed as subscription medicine, even if you decline the order and it's untouched. No subscription reminders, it's on you to remember that it's every 6months.
Worst customer service. I ordered their 6-month plan and started experiencing diarrhea and stomach issues after just two doses. I informed them immediately and asked for guidance on the return and refund process, especially since they advertise a 100% money-back guarantee on their website. Unfortunately, they showed no real concern for my health. Responses took 2–3 days and felt like generic copy-paste replies. In the end, they simply refused to refund me. Stay away from this company if you expect them to care about customer health or honor their money-back guarantee. In my experience, the guarantee feels completely misleading.

Pathetic customer service Reply after 3-4 days and give a very templated response I asked to cancel the order even days before it was shipped but no action and someone contacted me 2 days after shipment to say we can't cancel it. Very poor customer service
