Ordered an item that was required urgently by the luthier for a custom build. Contacted SoundAffects to advise. Item was ordered with Next Day delivery which cost £9.99. On the due date for delivery the Item had not been received, and it became clear that it had been sent using standard postage, not Next Day. Contacted SoundAffects who said they had sent the item out using normal post by mistake. So then I had to pay £60 to get a replacement sent to the luthier... Tried to get my £9.99 Next Day Delivery postage refunded, waited 11 days and then chased, was then told that the person responsible for doing the refund had been told to do it, but it had "slipped their mind". Can you guess if I will be doing business with SoundAffects again????
Easy to navigate, good communication
Everything would be great but..... with the guitar there was no wrench to adjust the neck, I had to buy it separately. besides, the condition of the guitar is such as in the pictures, soft gig bag, delivery on time. I can recommend the store. (When buying, make sure that everything is complete)
