We had a slight delay in getting the two sofas and the Ottoman back so were living on easy chairs for about four weeks just after Christmas. However, we were absolutely thrilled when they were returned to us. I could have cried. The material is so much softer and warmer than the previous, and hopefully a bit more stain resistant than the last! The quality of the upholstering is excellent, so a credit to the team. I know our sofas will last another 20 years!
Very pleased with the upholstery of two carver chairs recently. The staff are very attentive and helpful, with a range of materials to choose from. Didn't feel rushed at any stage and the end result is beautiful.
Very thoughtful and caring when discussing how to deal with my very delapidated arm chair, helpful when choosing just the right fabric and colours to recover. Good quality work, the chair looks wonderful again.
