They are fast and professional:

They are fast and professional:   * I received the shipment at my mailbox.   * There was a size error in one item, so they promised to send the correct size, and asked to keep the incorrect size at no cost.   * I also told them that they accidentally sent me an extra package with the same order, and they asked me to keep it, also at no additional cost.

Great Customer Service!

I sent some products back to Sparnet and because my invoice was not credited in a few weeks, I contacted them. First it turned out, they did not receive my message due to technical problems, but when my message finally reach Sparnet, everything was taken care of only in one day time! Excellent Customer Service! Thank you Patrik! =)

I have placed an order for a Christmas…

I have placed an order for a Christmas present the 9/12-2019. after receiving no tracking number, and 2 weeks of waiting, I try sending an mail, to Sparnet. Today is the 9/1-2020 and I haven't heard anything since the 22/12. Under delivery of the product it says "Free delivery (1-5 days). I would very much like my money returned, given that I won't receive the product I paid for.

Excellent service after delivery problems

So glad I was given truly great service when my order didn't arrive on time. The delivery problem was not caused by their actions, but probably by a simultaneous strike by Finland Post. Sparnet still wanted to resolve the situation and sent me a new package just to make sure I would get my order. A week later I received two deliveries. We had agreed that I would return the other one if both arrive, but after telling them the situation they said there's no need to return the other one anymore, I got to keep it for free. :) This is how customers are truly taken care of. Thank you!
