Order a Christmas present that was supposed to be in stock and delivered in 3-5 business days. One and half months later the package arrived. They never respond when I contact them and they want full payment for the gift. Never order from here again!

I ordered mini robot vacuum cleaner. It was missing the filter described in manual. Customer service explained that manual is old and this filter is not needed anymore…In this connection it turned out that there are not any kind of filters available for the device so maintaining by changing the filter is not possible. I tried the device and it doesn’t not help with the cleaning at all. First of all, it doesn’t navigate. Secondly, I took the video showing the device driving over the loose dust and garbage without vacuuming it. Customer service just repeats, “It’s a compliment for the cleaning”, “Like I said its a compliment” They refuse from proper argumentation and are not even trying to solve this claim. However, the device is totally useless. It doesn’t not compliment anything. I charged the device 6 x 1,5 h and during this total 9 hours the device is not able to pick visble, loose dust from the room that is around 12m2. Company didn’t publish my feedback on their page. I cannot recommend this company nor its products to anybody.

It took you 3 months to ship my order. Only for it not to be delivered at all. No notice, nothing. Useless amateurs are not supposed to run businesses. I demand my money back. I already sent an email about it and expect you to pay me back.
Below zero. I ordered 27 Dec, but I have not got anything. They draw the money 850 SEK immediately. No message about any delay. I have contacted the customer support. No answer, nothing. They have no phone number. Really bad. Do not buy anything from Sparnet! And Sparnet, do not ask for the order number, search in your email and you will find my order number.
My order take over 3 weeks before it arrives. Lamp what i order was broken and not work. They not answer my messages. In from Finland and this company is from Sweden.
Here it comes, how is it possible to drive a business were you make you customers think and fell like your company is a scam. I see you get alot of angry people for not reacting on anything, even though you promess 2 working days response time. I ordered christmass pressents for my two little children the 12 of december. I have contacted you several times and still NOTHING! I wish it was you who had to tell me little children that there christmas pressents sadly did not arive, and that i dont even know if they ever will. How can you drive a business this way. If you knew there would be problems with what you sell, every desent company with respect for themself and their customers would have given them an update ore exuse to what is happening. I am still not sure if this is just a scam to take peoples money!

I ordered Christmas present for my kids 14 days ago and I have not received them or heard anything from the company. I choose payment klarna, so luckily I have not paid them jet.
Made an order on december 10th. After that I did get a confirmation that the order was succesfully done but since that complete silence. So far I have no idea if my order has been shipped nor will it be shipped at all. Sent them a message (in english) last week, haven't got any reply. The only thing I'm glad about is that I chose Klarna as payment but my only goal now is really to cancel the whole order and forget I ever tried sparnet.se
Have ordered the products on 7.11. and I have not received any sort of confirmation from postal office or you. Where is the package at the moment? Please provide me with the confirmation slip from the post office. If the products are not yet sent, I’d like to cancel my order. Klarna’s due date is on 22nd and I will not pay for the bill before receiving the products. Your customer service email does not work. Please get back to me with a proper contact information other than mail address in Sweden. Horrible! Do not order from here
This is an absolute cheating company ! Never buy anything from them! They order goods from China and then resell with the profit. I cancelled my order after 2 weeks of waiting. But they still sent me a parcel after 2 weeks more , and to return it I must pay postal expenses 35 euro. There is no phone number to call them. I regret I made this mistake but never again.
Biggest scam. Never got my parcel even after 6 months. They took money but never got the parcel.
