The call centre agent i spoke to was lovely she spoke to me like a human and made sure everything was okay unlike a other provider. The price is amazing for what im getting it’s affordable and im getting above the speeds promised. The installers was also lovely they did a quick and clean job and made sure they cleaned up behind them selfs.
Had some issues with our WiFi speeds and contacted customer support . We been over the issue with Paul and he was very polite and helpful . Managed to get two fibre cables to be able to make the most of our 2300mbps connection without any extra cost . Paul was really helpful and kind . Top service thanks for your help today Paul
I was a Squirrel customer at my previous address with no issues, but after relocating, my experience has been nothing short of appalling. Despite being told services were available at my new address—and being hit with a nearly £500 exit fee—the engineer later confirmed installation isn’t actually possible. It would require cutting down multiple trees and accessing neighbouring properties, which is clearly unrealistic. Even the engineer advised me to switch providers. I am now being charged for a service I am not receiving, with zero updates, no accountability, and no clear resolution. Customer service has been extremely poor, I’ve had to chase everything myself while being blocked from leaving without penalty. This has been a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience. The service may work when everything goes smoothly, but when issues arise, support is non-existent. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. If this is not resolved urgently, I will be seeking legal advice. It is completely unreasonable to enforce early termination fees on the basis that services are “available” when, in reality, they are not—and to continue billing for a service that cannot be provided.
Great customer service agent. Made the swap over easy. Informed me of £30 Amazon voucher if I got my daughter to refer. Engineer who came was friendly and professional. Modem arrived next day. Straightforward instructions to connect. All good.

Decided on Squirrel for broadband as they were the cheapest for the speed that the household wanted/needed and thought we might give an altnet a go after being on Openreach for ages. Unfortunately I am not thrilled with my experience so far – both with the installation service and customer service. Twice now I have had an installation slot booked and both times the engineer has failed to turn up. It is really frustrating as we are eager to get switched over as soon as possible so we can stop paying an extortionate price with our current ISP. To be fair, Georgia (I think her name was) was brilliant over the phone when the first engineer didn't turn up, and it seemed like she genuinely cared about the issue – but apart from that, I think the customer service from other representatives has been satisfactory at best. No reasons have been given thus far from the network provider (Full Fibre Ltd.) as to why engineers haven't been present on both occasions. To give the benefit of the doubt, I know Squirrel are a small ISP so I am willing to stick with it for a little while longer, but if this continues we would have to reconsider our decision to switch to them, especially if the internet connection ends up being unreliable when we are eventually connected. I am really hoping I can update this review to something more positive in the future!
