Had some issues with reconnecting after about 10 minutes of chatting with Georgia i was back online. Whilst online Georgia noticed i was out of contract and offered to renew Whilst we were online and was able to lower our monthly price.
After several years with Squirrel (via FullFibe) which has been very good with perhaps an unavoidable outage once or twice a year (always sorted very quickly), I decided to move to Zzoomm simply because of price. Zzoomm completed fouled up the switch, did not follow the industry standard one touch process and left me without internet without warning. Squirrel, in the person of Georgia, sorted this out in a couple of hours, with excellent, responsive communication. Lesson learn’t …… If it’s good don’t change it.
