Customer service at Squirrel is always great! Had a nice chat with Georgia today and she really made the whole process so easy, and she was lovely! Joining Squirrel has been easy and uneventful which is exactly the way we would prefer it to be. So far they have given us exactly what we wanted, a fast Internet service that we can rely upon.

Switched to Squirrel from EE due to cost savings - what a mistake. The internet in my house has been dropping ever since, I am unable to work from home properly anymore and the kids are going mad all the time as gaming drops or thy can't do their homework. Customer support aren't bothered and just keep telling me to pay extra monthly for wifi extenders or wire everything directly to my router (I'm sorry, is it 1998???!!!). Why should I have to pay for these? I didn't have to with EE - there is clearly an issue with Squirrel but they wont admit it. Also said to me I'd have to pay an early termination fee to end my contract - I certainly will be taking this to citizens advise and ombudsman as I am paying for a very poor service - why should I be forced to put up with this for the next 2 years. TIP: If you're currently paying a bit extra and thinking of switching to Squirrel to save a couple of quid a month I honestly would not bother!
Internet was fantastic and at a great price customer service Paul was so easy to talk to and help with questions only left due to finding a something better with price but can't fault the company
A guy called Harrison sorted my issue with no internet, was literally messaging me until 11pm on the night, top tier lad and definitely needs a payrise for the effort he puts in! 👏🏽 problem sorted within 24 hours, cannot reccomend squirrel enough
I had a query on billing, which Harrison handled with speed and compassion. I've been with Squirrel for a couple of years and can't fault the service provided, value for money and efficiency of their staff.
