Taobao from my experience is a extremely cheap shopping website where you can pretty much find and purchase anything, even at a acceptable quality. However, some stores in taobao have bad quality, thats the reason why the products reviews are a thing. If the reviews are good, most likely the product is of acceptable or good quality. Vice versa. Never had issues with refunds or anything. All my products I have purchased arrived within the estimated delievery date and in good quality. Most stores also have excellent service because you have the option to evaluate the service attitude. In conclusion, dont listen to these negative reviews, most of them have never even used taobao.
