Carol was very knowledgeable and made the IRS Tax resubmittal easy to do on my part. She was quick to respond to all our questions and very quick to return the IRS documents.
Correspondence was fairly quick and they did offer assistance with my issue. The main problem is the people they have working there don't speak English. The last thing I need is someone helping me that I can't understand. To be fair I must say they were polite and professional (from what I could understand). I was actually able to handle my issue myself with the IRS. In hindsight I seriously doubt I will purchase this coverage again.

The wonderful thing that I have experienced with TaxAudit is that when I have faced an audit or other issues with state or federal income taxes, TaxAudit people have provided the help I needed to resolve the issue. Yes, I would provide whatever information or documentation they needed to understand my case, they dealt with all the interactions with the state or federal authorities on my behalf. I plan to continue to sign up for TaxAudit each year with TurboTax. It would be foolish to not do so.
