I had a reply to my last review, which was so lacking compassion and understanding and appeared legally incriminating (sorry if i miss understood that, but that's how it appeared), that I wiped it off in reaction... That's not okay! And has not filled me with confidence. I have and have had no intention of damaging a genuinely helpful company, but making shore they were legitimate and not damaging innocent people. As previosly mentioned, my experience was not having my email, or pass word recognised on several attempts when applyingfor my course and having a phone call from a lady in Asia, who managed to get from me my D.O.B as well. So my concern was that my email, name, phone number, D.O.B and address were given. Even with her guidance and using a link sent, my email & pass word was not recognised. When attempting to ring back on the phone number I was given, it did not work. I was hoping for an understanding reply and some compassion (a emotionally intelligent response), or a government affiliation link etc. Not another condemning response please. I am trying to do the right thing!
