Shocking behaviour by a member of the Berkeley team in the local Co-op this morning. Shouting aggressively at the staff member who challenged him for underpayment for goods at the self-checkout. Apparently he does it regularly and clearly thinks he can get his own way by bullying others. Post script I have since spoken to the company- the manager was shocked to hear of this and has said he will address with the individual as a priority
