We could not fault the care my father received from Rose Green Funeral Home. Alison was exceptionally kind, compassionate and thoughtful, guiding me gently through each step of the arrangements and ensuring that every detail reflected our wishes - from the service and music to the flowers. She even helped us source a biodegradable urn suitable for a water burial, something that meant a great deal to our family. Throughout the process, Alison was efficient, responsive and reassuring, making sure everything was in place for the day itself. The funeral director, Andrew, and the bearers were equally wonderful - calm, respectful and quietly supportive. Their presence brought real comfort, and they guided us through our service with great care. It was a deeply emotional time, and we are truly grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown by everyone at Rose Green Funeral Home.
Southern Co-op at Emsworth conducted my husband’s funeral on 22 April 2026. I have nothing but praise for the staff and the care they showed to my husband and my family.

The Coop Sheerness Branch was amazing from start to finish for my mum's Direct Cremation. I can highly recommend Shelley who was brilliant all the way through keeping me informed by phone or email with no pressures whatsoever. It was easy to do on line and pay for and I have arranged my own direct cremation with the same ease. I had never had to arrange anything like this before but it was simple, fuss free and easy and I would highly recommend Coop Direct Cremation (and Shelley at the Sheerness Coop Funeral Branch).
I would like to say a special thank you to Rianna at the South Ockendon store. The way she holds people through a time of sorrow, she truly has been the most nicest, kindest and caring person. She made me and my family feel at ease through the whole process and took great care of my nan. Her aura and soul is just purely beautiful. Chichester Coop Funeralcare were superb from start to finish. They kept my family supported and fully informed every step of the way. Diane could not have been more kind and helpful at a time of great sorrow Everything was done beautifully well with care and sincerity with the family at the heart. All was easy to communicate and choices made easy. The chapel of rest was a big draw and a wonderful place to revisit the loved one before burial. Magnificent help and hand holding throughout and the fact that Eileen’s flowers are so close by made the whole process bearable and even a pleasure. The process on the day was also super well done and made the family feel very proud
