Apart from some confusion over co op havant, and co op Southern, everything was very professional and understanding, Jayne ball was kind and sympathetic.
This is the second time my family has used this Funeral Director. From start to finish every wish was taken on board and carried out to the letter. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. Thank you to everyone concerned when dealing with our funerals.
Cathy was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! She helped me to sort out my mum's funeral every step of the way. Empathetic, kind, caring, informative, supportive and just wonderful. I would recommend the Co-op funeral services with no reservations whatsoever. If I could give TEN stars, I would!

After losing my son in January I entrusted the Farnborough branch as my family had been using them for the past 40+ years. What a mistake this was! So many errors made by Kerrie the worst being I was unable to say a final goodbye to my boy! The lack of communication and efficiency caused such added heart break and turmoil. Please don't let this happen to your loved ones....

From appointing the Southern Co-op to the day of the funeral, they showed exceptional professionalism. They helped and advised us to create a unique and personal service for our son without pressuring us into doing anything we didn't want. Throughout the whole process, the level of communication, co-ordination with local and international bodies and information provided was excellent. The team showed empathy, compassion and a level of care both for our son and ourselves which was second to none. They were able to meet our every need and delivered a service which we couldn't fault. From the office team, right through to the Commander and her whole team on the day, were excellent. We are very grateful for a job well done.
The staff were very considerate and understanding of how difficult emotionally the whole process was for us. I felt that we were dealing with a firm who had alot of experience.
