STANK BUTT JUICE X10000

BUTT JUICE! If your dog has ever had stank butt before… be prepared… it actually sprayed all over my friend’s leg, my couch, and blanket all at once. My dogs but juiced occasionally it’s something I am totally okay with because they take care of themselves. I know they are butt juicing bc they aggressively attack their butt and then it stinks for a little. Then it goes away. HOWEVER, this food is like supplementing your dog with an OD amount of salmon oil that they don’t need in the first place. They have been attacking their butt and spraying stink oil non stop. This is after two weeks I only give them a half portion daily split in the morning and evening with their original kibble. Wellness brand kibble A1, this… is an expensive way to spend an excess of time cleaning EVERYTHING including yourself. I have also made my dogs food before and they never experienced this issue and their energy levels, bmi, and coat were gorgeous. Don’t let them fool you. Save your money.

The farmers dog customer service and their currier are horrible

The farmers dog food is great. Their customer service is good only so far. I am having the worst trouble with delivery! I have left notes, the company have left notes on the label, with specific orders where to leave my delivery. Their currier can’t seem to read or write. They are leaving my order of “frozen” food, on my steps (not even the porch) in the hot sun!! I have expressed on my last 3 deliveries, where to leave my order. Each time has been worse! Customer service, does the whole fake apology, and state they will make notes to the currier and suggest I do the same. It’s on the label. But, The Farmers Dog refuses to correct the problem with THEIR currier! Other options out here to feed my dog. Not staying with a company that refuses to hire a reading & writing, knowledgeable, reliable currier. Their billing is way off as well. Sometimes billed twice in same month. Never, ever any kind of sale or promotion for loyal long term customers 3rd time is a charm for me. We are out

Ive had my dog on natural fresh brand…

Ive had my dog on natural fresh brand food for years and i slowly started feeding him farmers dog because i had seen so many good reviews about it! My dog started vomiting violently the day after he had it. I didnt give it to him at all afterwards but he kept vomiting a couple days after and there was blood in his throw up. And after i started trying to find bad reviews and saw that a womans dog had there stomach ruptured because of farmers dog. Completly dissapointed.

Good evening, I’m reaching out to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent order for Titi’s meals. I was extremely disappointed, especially considering the high price I paid. What I received — two large packs and two small ones — is completely unacceptable, and I do not accept this. Two large packs are not even enough for a single week, and the two small ones do not justify the price in any way. This is highly misleading and gives the impression that customers are being misled. At no point was it made clear that this would be the actual quantity and proportion of the products. If this had been presented transparently, I would not have made the purchase. I expect a prompt response and a proper resolution to this issue. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to share my experience publicly in the form of a detailed review. I look forward to hearing from you.

I started about three weeks ago

I started about three weeks ago, and I was looking forward to the food. I was cooking for my dogs, and I work, so this seemed to be a good fit at first. My dogs are 75& 85 pounds doodles. I changed the mix because I am not a fan of pork. But I ordered it because that is what FD said I should have. I don't eat much pork, and I don't think dogs should either, but this is what FD suggested. At first, my dogs loved it. I mix with my Nulo dry food and Farmers. Little by little, my main doodle began picking, so I changed the mix for the next order. I also noticed they seem to poop more, and omg it stinks, and it seems softer than when I was cooking for them. The next thing I knew, the order arrived. Now I had 28 bags. My other doodle has gas so bad he could stop a clock. I wanted to change how they were shipping it, and the mix again needs to be changed. I do not give this stuff by itself. FD asked yesterday how many bags are left. I told them. Today, when I went into my portal, they were getting my order ready yet again. That means I would have 42 bags of dog food all charged to me in three weeks. The funny thing was its not like it's cheaper to cook for my dogs its the time. But at least I know what they are getting. Once a week I cook a piece of salmon and mix with there food I used to cook. I have seen a few reviews that were hard to find. They have scared the crap out of me. I called today and canceled my order altogether. I watched a few YouTube videos. FD does not tell you anywhere what goes into the food. I am returning to cooking for my dogs, although time-consuming, at least I know what is going into my dog food.

I had a very frustrating and honestly unacceptable experience with The Farmer’s Dog. My ex-husband previously had an account for my dog. I tried to create a completely new account for my own dog, especially because they were offering a discount for new customers. Everything seemed fine during signup, and my credit card was charged. After that, I contacted their support via chat to simply request an adjustment, I wanted to add more food to my order. That’s when things went wrong. The agent suddenly told me my account was “duplicated,” which made no sense because I have never had an account with them before. The previous account was under my ex-husband, not me. When I started asking basic and completely reasonable questions, especially about my credit card being charged, they stopped responding properly. I asked clearly what would happen with my payment and whether I would be refunded, and they avoided answering. Instead of resolving anything, they said they would “escalate” the issue and that someone would follow up by email. After that, they simply stopped responding. The chat was essentially abandoned, leaving me without answers, without clarity, and with my card already charged. This is extremely unprofessional. Charging a customer and then refusing to provide clear answers or support is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and complete disregard for the customer’s concerns make this a company I would not trust with my money or my pet’s food.

I got a terrible response from their employee, Loud mouth would not give me a chance to say anything for most of the call. I believe our dog died after starting…

I believe our dog died after starting Farmer's dog. Went from completely healthy except needing to lose a couple of pounds. We switched because we thought we were getting her on a healthier diet but she lost 9 lbs in two months and I think that was too much too quick and and then passed while taking a nap.

They keep hiking up the price!

They have steadily increased my dog’s food price over the years. I have a 4 pound mini dachshund and his monthly food order is now $256 a MONTH! Started out at under $150 monthly. This is ridiculous! I’m done with them Plus my dog has lost 17 teeth from his past two dentals and my vet blamed it on the food and said she’s had other patients dealing with tooth loss as well that are on Farmers Dog.

The food is much enjoyed by my dogs

The food is much enjoyed by my dogs. Unfortunately over and over my 100 lb order is left in mailroom. It costs more than $200 yet they use OnTrac for deliveries. I have asked them to leave at my front door. Their carrier doesn’t follow instructions. I can’t carry the box. Food wasted. Have to find a new dog food company
