I have 2 of The Sofa Company's sofas, 1 and 2 seater electric recliner the other a normal 2 seater sofa & I'm very happy with both of them, they are so comfortable.
The Sofa Company, at the time of purchase, were superb. The website is well designed and easy-to-use. The customer service staff I spoke to following my purchase were superb - friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I feel that, while this is of extreme importance when considering future purchases and recommendations, after-sales service is equally as important. The Sofa Company, again, excelled. I did have an issue with my chair after a year of use; however, the process of resolving the issue was handled superbly by The Sofa Company. They were extremely apologetic, and couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Exemplary staff and service. I can 100% recommend The Sofa Company.

I ordered 2 swivel chairs and they needed delivery to the Isle of Man. The help and guidance I received was excellent, as were the updates of the delivery to the Manx carrier in Lancashire. The chairs are as described, comfortable and solid. Lee especially was very helpful with the minor issue we had post delivery in the Isle of Man. Lee went out of his way to help us. Highly recommended
