Katie Garner has recently been very responsive, helpful, and proactive whenever issues have come up, and maintenance work has been handled quickly and professionally. It’s great to see such an improvement, and it has definitely improved my experience as a tenant.

I have been using Thornley Groves now for a few years. They are a large agent and as such seem to have the systems in place to cope with the high pace and ever changing legal landscape of Buy-to-Let. What I particularly like is that I still have a dedicated property manager, not a bot or an AI assistant. My contact is Michael Richardson and I like working with him because he always responds promptly and courteously to my emails. I think this works well because he understands that we have to work together to solve problems, and he always seems to understand what is required, and he has a sense of humour!
