I have seen the ads for the Tobios watercolor kit for months. Just recently I decided to make a purchase. After purchasing the beginner watercolor kit and an extra notebook, it arrived in about a week…very quick in my opinion. When I received the kit I noticed the beginner notebook was a regular notebook. I contacted the company (on a Sunday). Not thinking I would get a response that fast I waited until the next day and saw in fact they had replied on a Sunday. They had sent two emails stating they were sorry for the mixup and immediately sent a replacement. I don’t usually write reviews but the way they handled this situation encouraged me to write about my very positive experience. If you are interested in getting into watercolor I would highly recommend going to Tobios.
These kits are just as advertised. The boxes are cute and have everything you need to take with you on a trip, a hike or anywhere you want to paint. I love that there are free tutorials to get you started or to improve your technique.
I bought a very nice watercolor kit 🫶🏻, I had a small problem with the paper notebook, but I contacted customer service and the next day they sent me a new one, it was very fast and friendly. Thank you!

I heard great things about this product and couldn't wait to get it. Unfortunately there was a mixup with my order and it was delayed. But thanks to the ROCKSTAR support team the situation was rectified super quick! I received part of my order and I am obsessed with how cute and convenient this kit is. Amazing Customer service! By far the fastest, friendliest and professional of customer service I have received in a long time (years). The item was not delivered to my address and they promptly followed up to get proof, when the right proof was not found they then sent another product out but fortunately the item got back to me from a neighbour down the road and I was able to send back and email explaining this (I felt so bad) but the customer service was appreciative and was able to stop the order. Over all excellent customer service and I haven't even used the product yet.
I love the art kit and supplies. I had some questions about my order before it arrived and the customer service, especially from Jed, was amazing and the team responded immediately. I ordered the little painting set from Tobio but when it arrived the little palette was missing. I contacted the customer service team, took some photos to prove it wasn't there and I cannot praise them highly enough for there quick responses. Faith was just amazing and within a few days I had received the missing palette. Nothing was too much trouble for Faith and I'm so grateful for all her help. I will definitely buy from them again in the future and have no problem recommending them.
Site says can return but when I submitted request for a return I was told sales are final . The reason for the return was that I thought I would receive a kit but what showed up was just the book. SCAM!
Got my kit. Good quality but disappointing as thought the sketch book had line art to follow. My pad is blank. I have emailed but no response from cust srvc.
I cannot recommend Tobioskits enough. They arrive in great packaging and the set itself is well thought out and lovely. Can’t wait to use it. I was worried at first as seem to take a few days to get some confirmation that it was on its way, but after I wrote a message, Faith was straight in touch with me and checked everything was ok and my order had arrived. Very good customer service and the staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend them.
Do not honour their own returns policy (60 days satisfaction guarantee) and claim products are final sale when the product page says they can be returned. I ordered a few workbooks as a gift, but changed my mind and tried to cancel order - no reply. Upon receiving I immediately tried to return for refund - they require photos of the products all of which are in sealed packaging. Four times the return was denied claiming it is 'final sale' which is mentioned nowhere on their website. Would never use again.
