Tobios watercolor kits are great! My granddaughters will actually get off their screens and we have painting parties. I'm artistically challenged and I am creating! Jed in customer service really helped lower my blood pressure when there was an email snafu. These make a great gift and are a peaceful little activity at home or on the go.

Good customer service when there was a postal delay
I ran into some computer glitch after ordering and was worried that I got scammed, Boy Was I Wrong! Communication about my order was swiftly responded to and everything done calmed my fears. My 2 kits from their special offering have arrived and my daughter was pleased with the one I gifted to her. These sets have everything you need to carry on what you have already done, or start a new pathway to this creative art with a portable set of paints and the special brush that will make learning easy. I cannot wait to get started! Tobios also offers other watercolor supplies.

I had a really great experience with this company. At first my order got lost because it had no appartment number on it. They actually contacted me first with what to do and when the shipping company wasn’t cooperative and I let them know the error was not on my part they got back to me immediately! Seriously like within the hour. I also let them know a deeply personal reason I ordered this and why I needed it by a specific time and they not only sent out a brand new order so I didn’t have to fight with the shipping company anymore, but they also sent it with expedited urgent shipping at NO COST to me. At this point they were loosing money on a whole new set and urgent shipping but they wanted to make it right and they did so WITHIN HOURS. I wish this let me post pictures so I could show the time stamps of how amazingly fast they were at getting back to me and making everything right. I know for a fact where my Christmas shopping is being done this year and any other gifts I need for the artistic people (or the not so artistic but maybe those who need to slow down, relive some anxiety and just breath. They have books for beginners that have already drawn items to paint for beginners and advanced painters that just don’t want to think hard, just relax instead. And they have more then they advertise! They’ve got a Christmas book an fall/autumn book and so many more I can’t even remember. I almost spent my whole payday here lol. Although they made it hard because it’s really not that expensive for what you get. My friend bought the knock off off of Amazon and it was really disappointing and I saw a video comparing the two from someone who’s not their company, and it’s pretty clear they have the quality for cost cornered. I know this sounds like I’m a bot or I work for them but I swear I don’t. I just had a really amazing experience with them. I actually never do reviews but they way they went above and beyond really shocked me and I felt like others should know that this is clearly a family owned type company that values its customers.
Customer service is a mark of a company. By any standard the fine folks at Tobio's exceed expectations. They have a solid team of knowledgeable, responsive people. just received the kit n it’s for a friend of mine. she loves it ! couldn’t use it yet tho but i cant wait for her to use it ! customer service was amazing ! The best one i’ve ever encountered.
Thus far my experience has been great with their customer service team. Very responsive (I’m talking 5 minute reply to my initial email) and friendly. I look forward to receiving the product as this seems like a grade A small company to me.
I ordered the Tobio Watercolor Kit as a gift for a friend’s birthday, was a surprise I knew they’d love! A key piece of the kit didn’t make it in the box and I sent an email to the company hoping they could save the day. And they did!! Even though I emailed late at night, I had a response by the next morning. Sent a picture so they could confirm the missing items and boom! next email was confirmation and a new tracking number for the missing items, already processed. Shout out to Jed who helped me so quickly and was kind so kind and understanding!! Try Tobio, highly recommend the products and the people!
Had a problem with the palette and Jed answered immediately and sent me a replacement. Customer service are very responsive. My granddaughter is loving the little painting kit.
