I ordered the Tobio Watercolor Kit as a gift for a friend’s birthday, was a surprise I knew they’d love! A key piece of the kit didn’t make it in the box and I sent an email to the company hoping they could save the day. And they did!! Even though I emailed late at night, I had a response by the next morning. Sent a picture so they could confirm the missing items and boom! next email was confirmation and a new tracking number for the missing items, already processed. Shout out to Jed who helped me so quickly and was kind so kind and understanding!! Try Tobio, highly recommend the products and the people!
I bought a kit for my 9 year old granddaughter, who is very creative. I thought this would be a fun tool for her to use outside - small and portable, but with lots of available colors. When the kit came, it was missing the brush-tip for the water brush. I sent an email to customer service and received a reply in just over 24 hours. Within a week, I had not only a replacement water brush, but an additional 3, without an additional charge! To me, that is excellent customer service! As we just received the pieces yesterday, she has not yet used the kit, but she is looking forward to painting this weekend. Thank you, Tobios!

I am reviewing three of my most recent orders from one of my favorite companies, Tobio’s! I love the new Easter Workbook! I ordered two of them! I love this company’s workbooks, and have purchased multiple copies of all of their different workbooks for myself, and to gift to friends, family and coworkers. I also ordered two of their fine liner pens. They work wonderfully! Finally, I really liked the free pouch I received with a past order; so I ordered another one! I love the fabric and the size of the pouch. It holds so much! I highly recommend this company and their wonderful products and customer service!
I appreciate the attention to detail with the shipping. It's very fast and informative. Very supportive which is not always the case these days. The watercolor paints are not what I like, but the water brushes are fabulous and the little sketch book is perfect. It's fun to have everything on the ready for an outing and travel. I would recommend the kits for something fun to play with!
Tobio’s is a real deal. The kit is very nice and of great quality. I had no problem ordering or receiving my order. The only disappointment I had was that I wish I had ordered a sketchbook with the pictures lightly drawn on each sheet. I ordered one of those and am eagerly awaiting its arrival.
I received my beginner kit and was very excited to start painting. But after opening it I realized I am missing the palette wooden halves. I do not want to return my kit. Can you send me the missing part? order 591346

I got these as a gift, I have been using watercolors for years and the person who got it for me thought I would like a portable palette. Initial use was okay but then the paint dried in the pot which should be fine, these are watercolors that’s how it works but the paints destroyed the wooden palette. I could not reactivate the paints with water like normal water colors and I had to scrape them out of the palette with a palette knife. The mixing tray is stained the whole thing is splintered from my scraping and still there is so much paint left, basically it’s ruined. The paints are the worst quality do not use them. Normally I would give away my art supplies because I hate to waste but I am actually just throwing these out because I don’t want someone to think they are bad at watercolor just because these are so bad. Do not buy, there are much better beginner options from target or micheals or even etsy.
