Site says can return but when I submitted request for a return I was told sales are final . The reason for the return was that I thought I would receive a kit but what showed up was just the book. SCAM!
Do not honour their own returns policy (60 days satisfaction guarantee) and claim products are final sale when the product page says they can be returned. I ordered a few workbooks as a gift, but changed my mind and tried to cancel order - no reply. Upon receiving I immediately tried to return for refund - they require photos of the products all of which are in sealed packaging. Four times the return was denied claiming it is 'final sale' which is mentioned nowhere on their website. Would never use again.
I received my beginner kit and was very excited to start painting. But after opening it I realized I am missing the palette wooden halves. I do not want to return my kit. Can you send me the missing part? order 591346
I got these as a gift, I have been using watercolors for years and the person who got it for me thought I would like a portable palette. Initial use was okay but then the paint dried in the pot which should be fine, these are watercolors that’s how it works but the paints destroyed the wooden palette. I could not reactivate the paints with water like normal water colors and I had to scrape them out of the palette with a palette knife. The mixing tray is stained the whole thing is splintered from my scraping and still there is so much paint left, basically it’s ruined. The paints are the worst quality do not use them. Normally I would give away my art supplies because I hate to waste but I am actually just throwing these out because I don’t want someone to think they are bad at watercolor just because these are so bad. Do not buy, there are much better beginner options from target or micheals or even etsy.
