My experience with Travelovin has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I have attempted to contact their members service multiple times regarding issues with their website, but my emails have gone unanswered. It's unacceptable for a travel company to have such a lack of communication and a website that consistently fails to function as expected. The core problem lies with their unresponsive members support. When issues arise, members need to be able to reach out and receive timely assistance. Travelovin has completely failed in this regard, leaving me feeling ignored and without any resolution to my complaints. This lack of support is compounded by a website that is clearly not functioning at all. I strongly advise potential travel advisors to reconsider using Travelovin until they address these fundamental issues. A company that cannot maintain a working website or respond to customer complaints is not one to be trusted with your travel plans.
