I used one of the Bournemouth branches and paid for a delivery on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday only to get a call on Corday saying it can only be delivered Monday. I then had to take some items of the list as I needed them asap to not even get my money refunded after they said they would so now I have to chase around for it.
I arranged a delivery for after 12 on a certain day and was told that was fine. The day in question arrives and I get a message stating that the delivery would be between 8 and 10am. I called the office in Andover and was told that after 12 is all booked up. Useless.
