Caitlin understood my request to pause membership, and she was clear about the options (that pausing medication shipments isn't necessarily the same as pausing payments, and I needed to explicitly ask for both pauses). Once I told her that I wanted to pause both medication shipment and the payment, she replied quickly and confirmed that the pause is set up.
Almost threw first month starting at 2.5 and moving to 50 mg of shed injectable. The staff has been very helpful and Professional in my experience. Thank you to Todd and Britaney I am feeling better already. I hope to work up to at the least 200mg dose !
