I purchased there a 45 targeted skin tightening concentrate. It has no effect whatsoever on the skin. The company does not take back on opened product. I do not recommend dealing with this company and I certainly don't recommend trying this product.
Matching your shade doesn’t come out correctly. Ordered the shade through the test and it made me very orange. I have olive skin so matches are tricky. I ordered another one but couldn’t cancel the order before it even shipped to order a different shade. I emailed a few hours after placing but didn’t hear back for several days and by then it shipped. I have two different shade that I’ve been mixing but still not a great match and still orange. My face is also breaking out from using it so I have two almost full bottles that I probably won’t use.

Typology is my favorite skincare brand because nothing reacts poorly on my skin and their customer service can’t be beat. I would recommend this brand to anyone!
I’ve been using several products from Typology and I honestly have been so impressed. My skin tends to be dry and sensitive, and I’m also dealing with melasma, so I have to be very careful with what I use. I love, love, love the quality and the clean and pure feeling of the makeup products, made with natural ingredients! However, I was not real satisfied with the mascara and brow products I ordered! I wish I could give this website and their products -100 stars. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order that never came, and it was given store credit, but only after tons of going back-and-forth as there’s no phone number for a customer service and I had to wait on the email replies. After getting store credit, I placed another order that was nearly $400 that I never received it and I also never got refunded for. I am so serious when I say do not order from this website.
Products great but website is terrible. Orders not credited, US vs/ Paris...on and on. No real assistance to correct any issues. Poor follow-through and no resolution.
I appreciate you asking my opinion on your products. Over time, I have collected many Typology products and use them daily. As a woman in my early 60s, I approach skin care and makeup carefully. Using a 'light hand" is best for make-up in this time of my life. I have found I look most natural and put together when using your products. I now use Typology products exclusively, and my skin has never looked better. My favorites: Exfoliating Gel Cleanser - which really brightens my skin, Lash and Brow Serum - which has improved brow growth, Nourishing Hand Cream - the very best improvement in overall skin appearance, Serum Mascara, Replenishing Lip Balm - so versatile, and, of course, tinted concealer and face serum. Additionally, I truly appreciate the inclusivity (and creativity!) of your advertising! Your packaging is also lovely! Great company! Great products! Fast delivery!

Really disappointed in these products! I purchased the tinted trio. I ordered T13 which is for medium skin with warm or olive undertones, I was a little worried it might be bit light as I have quite olive skin. I was wrong! It is so dark with a nasty orange tint. The concealer was the same, the colour is not as described and it is so thick and drying, it was all complete waste of money and definitely not as described. I also ordered 2 lip oils, they are actually really nice and delivery was very quick. It’s a shame the images and descriptions are not accurate and they don't offer samples. Another complete waste of money. Despite liking the look of some of the other products I definitley wouldn’t order again and I won’t recommend them.
Update : thanks for getting back to me but I never received the link by email. Even after reaching out to customer service, they were unable to send me a new link. Seems like a questionable practice to me.. I’m very disappointed that it’s not possible to freely leave a review on the products. I relied heavily on existing reviews when making my purchase, they were a key factor in my decision. I wanted to share my own feedback to help future customers, but I wasn’t able to do so. I contacted customer service, and they told me that a review request email is usually sent five weeks after purchase. However, I never received anything. This feels like a questionable practice, as it prevents customers from openly sharing their experiences. In my case, I would have really appreciated the opportunity to provide useful details, especially since the products I purchased did not meet my expectations.
I have become addicted to a product by typology, the glow drops, which is primarily to add Glow. I first used it, VIA, my daughter who had a bottle of it, but in her opinion was not worth the cost of it compared to other available products of a similar nature on the market that you can acquire more easily I personally really like it so I used the rest of hers given her permission I started looking at other products by them assuming they were all just as good. Being seduced by the word serum. I ordered the light serum cover and the medium serum cover thinking that I could mix the two in Summer my products arrived and they were much darker than I expected. The light is much darker than other lights from other companies had I known I would not ordered it let alone in the medium is extremely dark. I don't know who they're making these for in France, but it must be for darker skin people.and they should say so. There is no word of this on the website. I looked into the return policy. It does not exist, and I sent an email asking if I could exchange at least the medium one for another Glow product and was assured I would hear back within 24 hours and that was about five days ago, possibly more. So, I'm not a big fan on a number of levels. I was warned by my daughter but I didn't listen to her. I think I would say I'm disillusioned because they make it so appealing online the idea of being from Paris, the idea of it being moisturizing serums by the way they're not moisturizing at all the foundation serums are if anything mattifying. The return policy is nonexistent so you better like what you order. And the rumor of the foundation product smelling odd is true, although not extreme. Had I really loved the product it would not have been a dealbreaker. Anyway, I hope this helps other people who are also seduced by this company. I recommend the glow drops and nothing else. They are amazing.. they can be applied super easily. They're light and they feel more moisturizing to me than the foundation serum does. I have a real problem with being ignored by a company that I trusted enough to order from. It's my hard earned money and in this day and age and this challenging economic time that we're in, that should be respected more .
I love the Typology products I have tried thus far. Tinted serum and glow drops are great, the tinted face serum does have a strange smell initially but I love how it looks and feels on my skin. The concealer is also excellent. Lip oil is great. More of a sheer color. I plane to try more products. It has made positive changes to my skin.
