First off all i love typologys products. esp their tinted eyecream, glow serum, and lip mask that is a regular part of my rutine. what i adore the most is their lip oils. Sadly they discontinued my favorite shade (plum purple) but hopefully other great shades will come (I pray cool toned *wink wink*). Recently i opened my latest lip oil and experienced it had a fault in the closure mechanism and was spilling everywhere. The spilling made it impossible to travel with it and show off in my favorite lipcolor. I haven't had the best experience with the in-store experience in Paris, where I've received attitude from the staff from the first "hi" on multiple occassion. sucked but maybe i've just met the staff on bad days :) being human is not easy. Therefore I reached out to cotumer-service in hopes they could help me with a spare part. I had the pleasure of talking to Meja, who was empathic and profesional. Meja held my hand and carried me through the whole process of finding a solution for me. i'm very greateful. :)
I’ve been using Typology products for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. The ingredients are straightforward and you know exactly what you’re putting on your skin, which I really appreciate. The quality feels premium without being overpriced, and my skin has definitely improved. Delivery to the UK was smooth and convenient as well. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

The tinted products seem ok, but this brand has no in-person stores, no samples, and no returns. That is very risky and can cost you hundreds of dollars to really get the right shade. They don't do samples because of waste and being eco friendly, but aren't full products in the trash more wasteful? The price point is simply too high to have it be essentially a gamble.
I love Typology products. I had stopped wearing makeup to take better care of my skin health and feel the true nature of my skin breathing and not masked. Typology reconciled me with caring for my beauty in a healthier way. Costumer service is great, interacting with this company during and after purchase has always been smooth. I am grateful I found it.
Skin care formulas have changed my face for the better. Products are gentle which is great for my sensitive skin. First products I've bought with no burning or itching. My rosacea is much better. Love the packaging too.
I love the tinted serum and the concealer—my two favorite products. I do think that the products are a bit overpriced, but I love that I’m paying for quality, non-toxic products. I also wish they would offer promos or sales—which they never do and even admit as much. I also wish they offered customers an option (refund, discount, alternative product, etc.) to make things right if customers aren’t happy or satisfied with a product. They also state this openly—no refunds etc. I just wish there was a guarantee for them, especially since they are so pricey. Most recently I tried the Targeted Skin-Tightening Concentrate, which claims to visibly smooth expression, lines in five minutes. I found this to be a false claim— the product did not do any kind of immediate tightening at all. I’m sure there are long-term benefits because of the ingredients in the product, but I purchased it for the instant tightening effect which it does not do. I’m very disappointed in this particular product and upset that I wasted $50 on a product that doesn’t do what it claims.
The products arrived very quickly in a beautiful box and wonderful packaging. I absolutely LOVE what my skin looks and feels like after just a couple of days! I've never seen such improvement from a product. The lip sticks and oils feel like they are nurturing my lips.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I spent over $200+ on products I was genuinely excited to receive, but my package was delivered to the wrong address. The tracking information clearly shows delivery to a different location, which I can verify through the carrier tracking number. Instead of immediately resolving the issue or filing a claim with the carrier, I was asked to provide a copy of my personal ID in order to receive either a refund or a replacement. I find this request inappropriate and unnecessary, especially considering that this is a delivery error - not an identity issue. As a customer in the United States, I understand that consumer protection standards require the merchant to ensure proper delivery. When a package is delivered to the wrong address, it is considered “not received,” and the responsibility lies with the seller, not the buyer. Having to prove my identity for a package that was misdelivered - despite clear tracking evidence - feels excessive and frankly disappointing. I have never experienced anything like this before. I sincerely hope this situation will be resolved properly and professionally.
The products did not work for my dark circles and eye puffiness. I can't return them because I opened the products. Their return policy is not consumer friendly. I lost money buying their products.

Typology products have literally changed my life! They actually work with noticeable results in 3-10 days. Consistency is key… I’ve been using typology products for 5 months now and experienced day and night differences. Family and friends have noticed differences to the point of asking about what I am using. Typology products are a bit pricey, however if you get the membership and actually commit to using the products, it makes sense due to the results. I’ve tried dozens of skin care products over the years and typology is by far the best!
