I love, love, love the quality and the clean and pure feeling of the makeup products, made with natural ingredients! However, I was not real satisfied with the mascara and brow products I ordered! I’ve been using Typology products for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. The ingredients are straightforward and you know exactly what you’re putting on your skin, which I really appreciate. The quality feels premium without being overpriced, and my skin has definitely improved. Delivery to the UK was smooth and convenient as well. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
I love the tinted serum and the concealer—my two favorite products. I do think that the products are a bit overpriced, but I love that I’m paying for quality, non-toxic products. I also wish they would offer promos or sales—which they never do and even admit as much. I also wish they offered customers an option (refund, discount, alternative product, etc.) to make things right if customers aren’t happy or satisfied with a product. They also state this openly—no refunds etc. I just wish there was a guarantee for them, especially since they are so pricey. Most recently I tried the Targeted Skin-Tightening Concentrate, which claims to visibly smooth expression, lines in five minutes. I found this to be a false claim— the product did not do any kind of immediate tightening at all. I’m sure there are long-term benefits because of the ingredients in the product, but I purchased it for the instant tightening effect which it does not do. I’m very disappointed in this particular product and upset that I wasted $50 on a product that doesn’t do what it claims.
I love the Typology make up but i have to say the bottle pipette device is really putting me off purchasing again - it rarely works and there is so much wastage - i end up having to tip the bottle up onto my hand then often too much comes spilling out! Please change the bottles!!!! I love this brand but this is not a good customer experience
Quick shipping given it comes from afar. The tinted serum is lovely and a lot goes a long way. Please add spf to it! The concealer is fabulous to cover up some red in my cheeks. The lip oil is nice however wish it had more staying power.
