First order I've placed with Veals. Website was Easy to use and and they had stock of all items that I wanted. Delivery was quick too. The supplier that I've previously used (AD) has a carriage free price of £16 which is attractive, but they were out of stock on several items that I wanted. I would buy from Veals again.

useless website, if you try to add something to your basket from the sale area, you cant unless you join VMO, v annoying so dropped the entire basket. Online shopping has to be fast and simple.

Brilliant Veals. After ordering a reel with another company i found out 3 days after sale it was out of stock(advertised in stock and had been for a month). Requested refund and ordered off Veals, 2 days later and i have my reel. Thank you for fantastic customer service and easy transaction.
