I bought the Zuma Leather shoes and they are gorgeous. Ideal for when on holiday as they don't take up much room in your bags. They also arrived in record time. Will definitely be back for more.
Really disappointed ordered 2 pair were to small , returned to order more said in stock . I am due to go on holiday Friday they are still not dispatched after a week , I asked for refund and they have put in gift card . I originally payed cash so now I have no shoes and no money . So thanks for that . Sent endless emails no reply :-(
Just bought Roma pair and expected luxury shoes. And yes, the shoe box was luxury, but that is where it ends. One of the shoes was wrinkled and looked very different from the other. The Help center is very arrogant: if you do not like it- return it (and pay 10 !!euro for it). No discussion about exchange. Beware before you buy it, it is not what it looks like on pics. Ann
I will premise this by saying I really wanted to love this shoe. I purchased the dark brown woven Roma. Being in the outdoor industry for years I believe I do have a solid foundation of shoe fitment. Here is my overall thoughts: Look: On the internet they look beautiful, in person they still look very good but not as put together. Quality: Leather is soft but on the edges where the woven leather meets sole does not look well sealed. Fit: Terrible, the length I purchased is correct, but left shoe is so unbelievably tight compared to the right shoe. I thought maybe I just have weird feet, so I measured and it’s a couple centimeters difference. I know leather breaks in and will form to the foot but the amount of tightness on one shoe compared to the other just leads me to believe the have bad quality control. Shipping: Great, shoes got to me very fast seeing that they are coming from overseas. Support: Not sure yet, so far not great. Emailed them in hopes to get some insight on the shoe tightness and have yet to hear back. Overall: I think the price tag is far too high and a lot of the price is due to the cost of getting these to the states in shipping. Other than the higher end leather, the foot bed definitely does not wow you, and the insert that is included with the shoe is nothing special. I think these soles will wear down quickly. This is a $100 shoe in my opinion.
I randomly bought my first pair of Roma last summer. They are honestly never off my feet. Just invested in the new loafers (was so so excited when they were introduced) they do mould to your feet and they are super comfy. Worth the money

I recently ordered my third pair of shoes from VIBA. I received them in a very reasonable amount of time and in great packaging. As with the other pairs, these fit perfectly and were ready for all day wear the first time out. Best footwear I have ever worn. Thank you VIBA - all of you! You know what your doing!

Though I have never used totally flat shoes, I have found VIBAe very comfortable and I think they have also helped with my back situation!! However, I think they are just a tad bit smaller than advertised, due to the hand sewing, I am a 37, however, after a months use, my toe impronte show on the boots, which isn’t that cool!! I do wish you all my very best wishes for your future sales, it is so wonderfull to help young, enthusiastic and talented people on their quest for natural yet, comfortable, fashionable and trendy foot wear!!! After buying three pairs of Vibae shoes, I can honestly say they’re a little addictive :-) They are incredibly comfortable, beautifully made, and they look great too. I really love the whole idea behind their minimalist unisex design — and as a 65+ woman, I especially appreciate the slogan We Love Wrinkles.
I have two pairs and love them. High quality and super comfortable to walk in. I’m planning to buy an autumn / winter pair as well! Highly recommended!
