Love these shoes, I have 3 pair - so comfortable
I had surgery for a heel bone spur two years and I also have sensitive soles on both feet and Viba 'e shoes are the only shoes I can wear comfortably. ALL DAY long. I have two pairs of the Roma one black and one brown, those mule type shoes are wonderful for the soles of they feet, they have great cushion and since there is no back to them there is no pressure on my heels. i just recently bought a pair of the linen shoe which do have a heel back to them BUT there is no pressure on my heels of my feet, so are also vey comtforable. I would LOVE it if Viba 'e would make a flip flip type sandal, I would defiantly buy a pair or two. Best shoe ever!!!!!! are they kinda of expensive sure, BUT I spent thousands of dollars on shoes that I could NOT wear and tossed them in the trash or gave away. Great quality of leather nice and soft, ordering is easy and I haven't needed customer service but think it would be exceptional as well.
Everything is straightforward, goes smoothly. I have always received my shoes in a timely manner. I always receive compliments on my shoes. They are uncomplicated and so comfortable. Plus, I love the stories!
I have just bought my third pair and will doubtless get more. Someone stopped me in the street to ask what I was wearing. They are so comfortable, and super hard wearing. It seems impossible even to scuff them. I love the simplicity of the designs. Customer service is excellent too.
After a 1st pair of ROMA's, I bought a pair of ZUMA linen for the upcoming simmer period for my son and myself, I should have done it earlier, it's great to have more then 1 pair of VIBAe's. I can recommend VIBAe to everybody who's searching comfy shoes or slippers, not the cheapest, but worth the money. Tip: I've got size 43 but bought size 44, the son has 41,5 and bought 42, perfect fit. Perhaps I consider a pair of ZUMA but in leather.
What amazing shoes! Bought two pair and it still wasn’t enough. Absolutely love the quality and feel. Pricey? Sure. But when you have this type of unmatched quality, it’s worth the investment. I’m a big guy and asking shoes to carry the load is usually just too much to ask. I wasn’t sure these minimalist shoes were gonna stand up. I was wrong! After three pairs, I’m still thrilled. Keep up the great work and never sacrifice quality for quantity.
I’m the proud owner of two pairs of the VIBA slippers. I’m 84 and have been developing neuropathy over my most recent years. So those of you who are also unfortunate in this manor know to what I experience. I have found these slippers to help with walking around the home and also outside the house which is why two pair. I feel more confident with my balance and movement with these on my feet. It take a little breakin period but you should be pleased with the results…….I am.
Best shoes I’ve ever worn frankly, excellent for my wide, flat feet, prone to Morton’s Neuroma and plantar fasciitis!..superb comfort,.., just wish they’d make the ‘pull’ on the back of the Helsinki boots bigger, do that I can get my finger in !! ( I have asked)
I took a chance on this footwear last year and I don’t normally order anything I see on instagram ! They are undoubtedly pricey but I’ve found them to be worth every penny and have ordered twice more this year , different colours and style all wonderful
I originally bought a pair of Roma use as slippers around the house and they have been a delight. So comfortable and easy to wear. Had them over a year now. Just invested in a pair of Capri sandals ready for the summer. Have worn them a couple of times now and again excellent quality and craftsmanship and incredibly comfortable to wear immediately. No rubbing or chaffing. Love them and would highly recommend.
I returned an item on the 27th of April. It arrived at their returns facility on the 5th of May, and I’ve now been told the refund/store credit may only be processed around the 22nd of May. That is basically ONE MONTH to process a return. In 2026, that is completely absurd. Most online retailers process returns within a few days, not close to an entire month. What makes it even worse is that there seems to be no proper human customer support involved. Everything goes through a virtual support agent, which makes the whole experience feel incredibly impersonal and frustrating, especially when dealing with delays like this. For a company operating at this level, these timelines and this kind of customer support simply are not acceptable anymore. People should genuinely be aware of this before ordering
Purchased a pair of shoes in August 2025, and initially loved everything about them. After just 6 months of limited weekend wear (an not over summer), the sole gave way at the stitching and a hole developed. Emails to the company to provide my feedback have had no response. For the cost of these shoes, and how little use they have had, you can certainly do much better for less $$. Buyer beware... I've since discovered similar reviews and feedback I didn't read when I purchased. Certainly wont buy again or recommend.
These shoes are fabulous. If you want to feel like you are walking on clouds, buy these shoes. I have them in 3 different designs and colors and plan on adding to my collection in the very near future. Beautiful leather, so well made and with a "cushy" inner sole. Quick delivery from overseas to So. Calif. and excellent customer service. What's not to love! So glad I found VIBAe. My feet are so happy now!
Love this brand. Can’t go wrong. Comfy, stylish and quality! Since my ankle surgery I can only wear certain shoes. I m so glad I found Viba!! I have a few psirs and I’m waiting for the flip flops!!! Yay!
