Really disappointed ordered 2 pair were…

Really disappointed ordered 2 pair were to small , returned to order more said in stock . I am due to go on holiday Friday they are still not dispatched after a week , I asked for refund and they have put in gift card . I originally payed cash so now I have no shoes and no money . So thanks for that . Sent endless emails no reply :-(

Just bought Roma pair and expected luxury shoes. And yes, the shoe box was luxury, but that is where it ends. One of the shoes was wrinkled and looked very different from the other. The Help center is very arrogant: if you do not like it- return it (and pay 10 !!euro for it). No discussion about exchange. Beware before you buy it, it is not what it looks like on pics. Ann

Terrible Customer Service and Shockingly Slow Returns Process

I returned an item on the 27th of April. It arrived at their returns facility on the 5th of May, and I’ve now been told the refund/store credit may only be processed around the 22nd of May. That is basically ONE MONTH to process a return. In 2026, that is completely absurd. Most online retailers process returns within a few days, not close to an entire month. What makes it even worse is that there seems to be no proper human customer support involved. Everything goes through a virtual support agent, which makes the whole experience feel incredibly impersonal and frustrating, especially when dealing with delays like this. For a company operating at this level, these timelines and this kind of customer support simply are not acceptable anymore. People should genuinely be aware of this before ordering

Quality and Longevity of Shoe terrible for a shoe of this $$$

Purchased a pair of shoes in August 2025, and initially loved everything about them. After just 6 months of limited weekend wear (an not over summer), the sole gave way at the stitching and a hole developed. Emails to the company to provide my feedback have had no response. For the cost of these shoes, and how little use they have had, you can certainly do much better for less $$. Buyer beware... I've since discovered similar reviews and feedback I didn't read when I purchased. Certainly wont buy again or recommend.
