The Sales Team (Jack and Holly in particular) is fantastic and the Customer Care Team is also great in the times we have needed some tweaks. Overall the products are of excellent quality but of course there have been a couple of hiccups along the way which is only to be expected given the number of windows they manufacture. These hiccups have been sorted professionally and quickly by the Sales, Customer Service and the Factory Teams. Very happy with overall experience.
Victorian Sliders has definitely improved! Over the last few years we have stuck out with Victorian Sliders despite so bad service previously. I have to say they have improved massively and it is now a pleasure to work with them. Kayleigh, Rhiannon and Chris are super helpful, they always come back to any queries we have and it is refreshing to have a team of people we can rely on. The customer care department has also improved massively and always deal with anything we need.
