I paid for a subscription and credits to use Seedance 2 as they promised but they never had Seedance 2. Instead they renamed an old ai model as Seedance 2. These are the biggest thieves, liars and scammers I've ever seen.
I purchased the annual Pro subscription with Videoinu on January 5, 2026, and tested the platform shortly afterward. According to my dashboard, I used 815 credits on January 5 and 6. I requested a full refund the same day, within the 14-day window, citing that the service did not meet my project requirements. Videoinu’s publicly stated refund policy indicates a full refund is possible if fewer than 1,200 credits are used, the request is made within 14 days, and there is no evidence of misuse. Despite this, I have not received a refund. Support referred to internal credit calculations that are not visible to users, and multiple follow-ups have not resolved the issue. The subscription has already been canceled. I hope this feedback encourages clearer communication and transparency regarding credit usage and refund policies.
I tried to make a video with the same photo and the same text to compare the outcom. Here it failed totally. I did even start to gnerate. I possible -10 stars.
After testing the supposed top players in the market—Oiioii, Magiclight, and Movieflow—Videoinu is the one I couldn’t get out of my bookmarks fast enough. It’s the only platform that consistently wastes a creator’s time, dangling the promise of 30-minute generations while burying you under watermarks, hidden limits, and a frustratingly restrictive credit system. It feels less like a tool for modern video editors and more like a product built by people who’ve never actually had to edit a video under real deadlines.
This website was absolutely horrible. I was made to pay for a subscription and then after paying I was prompted that I had to purchase additional things to be able to even use the website. Everything you click on the website uses "credits" for example to create an avatar it costs you 500 credits. You are only allowed 2000 credits a month. That's just creating 4 avatar characters NOT even creating your videos or animations yet. Videos and animations cost more credits. It's basically impossible to use for animation purposes or platforms. I knew instantly after purchasing it was a complete scam/rip off. The avatars I did make didnt even turn out to even closely resemble the prompt I gave describing how they should look. It states that you can email to request a refund within 14 days on the website. I emailed them immediately and they denied me a refund because I used "too many credits" to be considered for the refund. However the website literally has about three options you can click just trying to figure out how to navigate the website you use your entire credits for the month. Absolutely absurd. DO NOT take the chance. I have a YouTube channel which is run by animations. This has been the WORST tool I've ever came across despite it being the "number one rated site" on several lists,
I started using VideoInu for simple video conversions and light editing, and overall it’s been a solid experience. The quality stays good even after export, and I like that it supports different formats without much setup. It’s not complicated, which is exactly what I needed.
Quality very good. Everything else is trash. Don't waste money.
I noticed a huge jump in the quality of the outputs since they integrated the Nanobanan model. The visuals are crisper, and the AI seems to follow complex instructions much better than it did before. It’s a very powerful combination.
The integration with Nanobanan is what makes Videoinu feel smarter than the competition. It’s not just generating pixels; it feels like it understands the context of what I’m trying to build. Content creation feels much more intuitive now.
The video converter works and supports the formats we need. However, the processing and export speeds are slower than other online tools we’ve tried. It gets the job done, but you need to plan for the wait.
There's a wide variety of video templates. The reason for 3 stars is that the licensing terms for commercial use aren't as clearly explained upfront as they could be. We had to double-check details to be safe.
We use it to host and share training videos. It’s reliable most of the time, but every so often, we get reports of choppy playback or buffering from some viewers, which disrupts sessions.
The online video editor does what it says, but the interface isn't very user-friendly. Our team needs extra time to figure out where tools are. The core function works, but it's not a smooth experience.
The library has high-quality stock footage that we use. The main issue is the search and filtering system. Finding the right clip by length, resolution, or style often takes longer than it should.
Fast, reliable, and incredibly easy to use. It’s my go-to for all my video projects now.
