Did a 3 month voucher for my husband and the first 2 were lovely he said, but the 3rd whisky was a blend, Ardray, he didn't enjoy as too peaty and would have preferred a single malt from around the world. Nice, different gift idea though

Very poor treatment of subscribers. No contact after subscription, first parcel arrives late with no prior dispatch notice - no response to customer service email query. Second monthly parcel, the whiskey again not dispatched in time for the live tasting, no dispatch email, zero response to customer service email again. Sadly have lost faith in what was a very exciting birthday gift that I would likely have kept subscribing to had I received a reasonable level of service.
I still haven’t received a response to an of my mails (despite emailing them directly) and no whisky either - so the verdict stands - a scam!
I have been using Whisky Me for many years now for my dad. For birthdays and Christmas I pay a monthly subscription and now I am covered! No need to worry about what gift to get. A world whisky pouch a month and he loves it. He enjoys not knowing what’s coming next and then telling me all about them- and about the countries they come from and who knew they did whisky! Great company and highly recommend.
The pouches are cool. The whiskey choices superb. Nice big measures as well. The info cards are actually spot on with the descriptions. These guys know their stuff and obviously have a passion. Alan Somerville.

Whisky Me has given me the opportunity to sample different whiskies from around the world. Whiskies that I would never have tried before. I am gaining a better understanding of whisky and look forward to receiving my monthly delivery

Bought my husband a subscription on 17 March. Expected his first one to be sent 8 April per the website. Nothing received. Not even an email to say dispatched. Cost a lot of money & haven’t received any of the subscription
I had a gift of 12 month whisky tasting. Very impressed with the quality of the whisky pouches and interactive tasting sessions which I look forward to each month. Had a problem last month with the delivery but that was down to royal mail
I was gifted a years subscription with Whisky me and sadly I haven’t been impressed. Signed up in December, didn’t receive a pouch until February? In March my pouch arrived 27 days late, so missed the chance for the live tasting. I’ve lost a bit of faith in whisky me, I’m worried this will be a regular occurrence and I will have to email as I did in March twice or more to ask where the pouch is. I think a good will gesture would’ve been good business, for example, 2 free pouches, as a way of an apology for the mess ups, but no, just the porch as subscribed. Not sure that’s great for business.
Great concept, and love the whiskies so far. Would certainly recommend for anyone wanting to broaden their whisky journey without having to take a gamble on purchasing a full bottle to try. There is even the option after the Online Tasking to make a purchase of a full bottle sometimes, and at decent prices too. Win win!
